Zakres obowiązków

  • Wykorzystywanie doświadczenia technicznego do tworzenia wysokiej jakości aplikacji i systemów zgodnie z ustalonymi wymaganiami oraz standardami organizacyjnymi.
  • Praca w wielodyscyplinarnym, zwinnym zespole produktowym nad projektowaniem i budową systemów rozproszonych w oparciu o nowoczesne technologie.
  • Szybkie wdrażanie nowych technologii i paradygmatów oraz implementacja efektywnych rozwiązań.
  • Definiowanie i egzekwowanie standardów jakości oraz utrzymywanie eksperckiej wiedzy technologicznej na wielu platformach.
  • Tworzenie wydajnego, wysokiej jakości kodu spełniającego wymagania biznesowe oraz niefunkcjonalne.
  • Projektowanie i wykonywanie testów jednostkowych w celu zapewnienia poprawności działania aplikacji.
  • Dbanie o jakość kodu, architektury i implementacji zgodnie z najlepszymi praktykami rynkowymi.
  • Współtworzenie strategii automatyzacji testów i rozwój pokrycia testowego.
  • Współpraca z zespołem developerskim oraz interesariuszami biznesowymi, dbając o przejrzystą komunikację.
  • Wspieranie rozwoju technicznego zespołu poprzez mentoring, coaching oraz promowanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań.
  • Analiza wymagań biznesowych i przekładanie ich na skalowalne rozwiązania techniczne.

Wymagania

  • Wieloletnie doświadczenie komercyjne w pracy z Java oraz Spring Boot.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z Kubernetes.
  • Praktyczna znajomość środowisk chmurowych, w szczególności AWS.
  • Dobra znajomość narzędzi CI/CD oraz technologii takich jak GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, Maven, Groovy.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość projektowania API, standardów i dobrych praktyk: REST, JSON, Swagger, OpenAPI 3.0, mikroserwisy.
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z OAuth 2, autoryzacją usług oraz doświadczenie z API Gateway.
  • Dobra znajomość praktyk Agile, Scrum, TDD oraz jakości wytwarzania oprogramowania.
  • Umiejętność proponowania nowoczesnych rozwiązań technicznych dla złożonych problemów biznesowych.
  • Umiejętność współpracy z biznesem i przekładania wymagań funkcjonalnych na rozwiązania techniczne.
  • Gotowość do nauki nowych technologii i poznawania nowych domen biznesowych.
  • Doświadczenie w mentoringu oraz wspieraniu rozwoju innych inżynierów będzie dodatkowym atutem.
