Operations Engineer

Na tym stanowisku będziesz odpowiadać za zapewnienie stabilności operacyjnej usług IT, rozwiązywanie incydentów oraz wdrażanie zmian infrastrukturalnych wspierających wysoką dostępność i niezawodność systemów.

Praca w modelu hybrydowym – 6 dni w miesiącu z biura, pozostały czas zdalnie.

Twoje zadania:

  • zapewnienie stabilności, integralności oraz dostępności produktów i usług wspieranych przez zespół,
  • dbanie o zgodność z obowiązującymi standardami zarządzania usługami oraz wysoką jakość danych w systemach Service Management,
  • wsparcie w identyfikacji i rozwiązywaniu incydentów związanych z usługami IT,
  • bezpośrednia komunikacja ze stakeholderami w zakresie wykrytych problemów, ich wpływu na usługi oraz planowanych zmian,
  • zapewnienie odporności usług, ich stabilności oraz realizacji założonych czasów odtworzenia,
  • wdrażanie zmian infrastrukturalnych z naciskiem na jakość doświadczeń użytkownika,
  • rozwój i wdrażanie rozwiązań infrastrukturalnych spełniających wymagania dotyczące wydajności, bezpieczeństwa, dostępności i odporności,
  • automatyzacja procesów budowy, testowania i wdrażania zmian na wszystkich środowiskach,
  • rozwijanie automatyzacji, continuous integration oraz wysokiej dostępności poprzez monitoring i utrzymanie systemów,
  • tworzenie cyfrowego środowiska pracy i automatyzacja procesów w celu zapewnienia wysokiej jakości kodu i danych,
  • wsparcie lokalnych inicjatyw usprawniających usługi oraz realizacja obowiązkowych testów,
  • bieżące rozwijanie wiedzy z zakresu technologii i narzędzi wykorzystywanych w zespole.

Nasze oczekiwania:

  • minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku inżynierskim,
  • dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,
  • doświadczenie w obszarze incident management oraz change management,
  • znajomość narzędzia JIRA,
  • praktyczna znajomość T-SQL / SQL,
  • znajomość systemu Linux,
  • umiejętność pracy z Bash.

Mile widziane:

  • znajomość Smart Forms Designer lub Kofax,
  • doświadczenie z Venafi (zarządzanie certyfikatami),
  • znajomość JavaScript,
  • znajomość języka francuskiego,
  • wiedza z obszaru DevOps.
