O PROJEKCIE

Poszukujemy Analityka Biznesowego IT, który dołączy do zespołu rozwijającego rozwiązania technologiczne wspierające procesy związane z obsługą klienta, onboardingiem oraz raportowaniem.

Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za analizę potrzeb biznesowych, definiowanie wymagań oraz współpracę z zespołami technicznymi przy wdrażaniu i utrzymaniu aplikacji. Szukamy osoby zorientowanej na klienta, posiadającej doświadczenie w analizie wymagań, testowaniu oraz koordynacji dostarczania rozwiązań IT.

Zakres obowiązków

  • współpraca z interesariuszami biznesowymi w celu zbierania, analizowania i optymalizacji wymagań biznesowych,
  • przygotowywanie szczegółowych specyfikacji umożliwiających realizację wymagań przez zespoły techniczne,
  • współpraca z zespołami projektowymi oraz użytkownikami końcowymi w celu zapewnienia zgodności rozwiązań z potrzebami biznesowymi,
  • wspieranie komunikacji pomiędzy obszarem biznesowym a technicznym na każdym etapie realizacji projektu,
  • zapewnienie zgodności rozwiązań z obowiązującymi standardami wewnętrznymi oraz wymaganiami regulacyjnymi,
  • rozwijanie wiedzy domenowej i udział w wymianie wiedzy w organizacji,
  • testowanie wdrażanych komponentów IT oraz współpraca z zespołem developerskim przy usuwaniu błędów,
  • nadzór nad realizacją wymagań użytkowników od etapu analizy do wdrożenia produkcyjnego.

Wymagania

  • doświadczenie w analizie biznesowej w projektach IT,
  • solidna wiedza z zakresu Client Lifecycle Management, w tym procesów KYC oraz onboardingu klientów,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie,
  • wysoko rozwinięte zdolności analityczne oraz umiejętność szybkiego przyswajania wiedzy,
  • umiejętność przekładania wymagań biznesowych na specyfikacje techniczne,
  • zdolność proponowania skutecznych rozwiązań dla złożonych problemów biznesowych,
  • doświadczenie w pracy w metodykach Agile (np. Scrum, Lean),
  • znajomość praktyk DevOps, takich jak automatyzacja testów, Continuous Integration i Continuous Deployment.
