Obecnie poszukujemy doświadczonego Senior Software Engineera, który będzie łączył odpowiedzialność za wsparcie produkcyjne kluczowych systemów biznesowych z udziałem w projektach rozwojowych realizowanych w metodykach Agile.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Zapewnianie wsparcia produkcyjnego dla krytycznych aplikacji biznesowych w godzinach pracy rynku brytyjskiego.
  • Monitorowanie, diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie incydentów oraz problemów aplikacyjnych.
  • Współpraca z użytkownikami biznesowymi i interesariuszami w celu skutecznego rozwiązywania zgłoszeń.
  • Zarządzanie zgłoszeniami serwisowymi, ustalanie priorytetów oraz koordynacja działań naprawczych.
  • Realizacja bieżących działań operacyjnych, takich jak: archiwizacja danych, testy backupów i odtwarzania danych, przeglądy bezpieczeństwa, wsparcie audytów i kontroli IT, aktualizacje i utrzymanie środowisk.
  • Udział w pełnym cyklu wytwarzania oprogramowania: analiza wymagań, projektowanie rozwiązań, rozwój i testowanie aplikacji, wdrażanie zmian produkcyjnych.
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji technicznej oraz projektowej zgodnie z obowiązującymi standardami.
  • Aktywny udział w pracy zespołu Agile/DevOps oraz inicjowanie usprawnień procesów i narzędzi.

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe (informatyka lub pokrewne).
  • Doświadczenie w rozwoju oprogramowania i/lub utrzymaniu aplikacji w środowisku korporacyjnym.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności analityczne i rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Umiejętność samodzielnej pracy oraz działania pod presją czasu.
  • Praktyczna znajomość platformy IBM i (AS/400, iSeries).
  • Doświadczenie w programowaniu w ILE RPG.
  • Mile widziana znajomość nowoczesnych rozwiązań stosowanych na platformie IBM i, takich jak: SQLRPG, Free Format RPG, integracje API.
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca codzienną współpracę w międzynarodowym środowisku.
  • Umiejętność efektywnej komunikacji z zespołami technicznymi i biznesowymi.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w sektorze finansowym, inwestycyjnym lub Wealth Management.
  • Znajomość procesów związanych z obsługą papierów wartościowych, rozliczaniem transakcji lub systemami bankowymi.
  • Doświadczenie w środowiskach Agile i DevOps.
