Test Lead (Mobile)

📍 Kraków / Polska (model hybrydowy – 6 dni w miesiącu z biura)

Dla naszego Klienta z sektora bankowego poszukujemy doświadczonego Test Leada (Mobile), który obejmie odpowiedzialność za kompleksowe testowanie rozwiązań mobilnych dla platform iOS oraz Android. To rola łącząca aspekty techniczne, strategiczne oraz liderskie, skierowana do osób posiadających silne doświadczenie w automatyzacji testów mobilnych i zarządzaniu procesem zapewnienia jakości.

Twoje zadania

  • Definiowanie oraz realizacja strategii testów dla projektów mobilnych.
  • Odpowiedzialność za proces testowania end-to-end, obejmujący testy systemowe, integracyjne i akceptacyjne.
  • Planowanie, estymacja oraz monitorowanie działań testowych.
  • Koordynowanie pracy zespołu QA oraz współpraca z programistami, analitykami, Product Ownerami i Project Managerami.
  • Projektowanie, rozwijanie i utrzymywanie automatycznych testów mobilnych dla platform iOS i Android.
  • Wykonywanie oraz nadzorowanie testów manualnych i eksploracyjnych w obszarach wymagających dodatkowej walidacji.
  • Zarządzanie procesem zgłaszania, śledzenia i retestowania błędów.
  • Raportowanie jakości, statusów oraz ryzyk projektowych.
  • Usprawnianie procesów testowych oraz rozwój frameworków automatyzacji.

Wymagania

  • Minimum kilkuletnie doświadczenie na stanowisku Test Leada lub Senior QA z doświadczeniem liderskim.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość: Java Appium Selenium Cucumber (BDD)
  • Doświadczenie w budowie i utrzymaniu frameworków automatyzacji testów.
  • Praktyczna znajomość procesów CI/CD oraz narzędzi: Jenkins Maven GitHub Git Flow
  • Doświadczenie z Jira i Confluence.
  • Znajomość Postman lub Insomnia.
  • Praktyczna znajomość SQL oraz baz danych.
  • Doświadczenie w testowaniu aplikacji mobilnych (iOS i Android).
  • Umiejętność zarządzania interesariuszami oraz komunikowania statusów i ryzyk.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie z GCP lub innymi platformami chmurowymi.
  • Znajomość testów wydajnościowych (JMeter, Lighthouse).
  • Wiedza z zakresu DevOps i testów bezpieczeństwa.
  • Doświadczenie w testowaniu architektury mikroserwisowej.
  • Doświadczenie w testowaniu integracji między systemami.
