Poszukujemy Technical SME, który będzie odpowiedzialny za projektowanie, rozwój i wdrożenie nowoczesnej aplikacji AI wspierającej generowanie propozycji inwestycyjnych dla klientów Private Banking. Rola łączy kompetencje eksperckie z praktycznym udziałem w tworzeniu rozwiązań opartych o Generative AI, Agentic AI oraz integracje z systemami biznesowymi i danymi inwestycyjnymi.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Projektowanie i rozwój aplikacji AI służącej do generowania propozycji dla klientów Private Banking.
  • Tworzenie oraz rozwijanie workflow opartych na Agentach AI, mechanizmach RAG oraz integracjach z narzędziami i źródłami danych.
  • Projektowanie rozwiązań umożliwiających pobieranie danych portfelowych, wyszukiwanie zatwierdzonych treści oraz automatyczne budowanie propozycji dla klientów.
  • Definiowanie wymagań biznesowych i technicznych, user stories, kryteriów akceptacji oraz zależności projektowych.
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji projektowej, mapowań danych, procesów biznesowych i materiałów wspierających wdrożenie rozwiązania.
  • Współpraca z zespołami Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, Risk & Compliance oraz interesariuszami biznesowymi.
  • Wsparcie zespołów deweloperskich w zakresie wymagań biznesowych, decyzji technicznych i ograniczeń wynikających z regulacji.
  • Określanie wymagań dotyczących jakości danych, traceability, lineage, governance oraz integracji systemowych.
  • Udział w przeglądach architektury, analizach ryzyka, działaniach kontrolnych oraz wdrażaniu zasad Responsible AI.
  • Definiowanie procesów monitorowania, ewaluacji i utrzymania rozwiązań AI w środowisku produkcyjnym.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności rozwiązania z wymaganiami dotyczącymi bezpieczeństwa, audytowalności i regulacji obowiązujących w sektorze finansowym.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze analizy systemowej, dostarczania rozwiązań technologicznych, zarządzania wymaganiami lub podobnych rolach technicznych.
  • Doświadczenie w budowie lub wdrażaniu rozwiązań wykorzystujących Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, automatyzację procesów lub generowanie dokumentów.
  • Praktyczna znajomość API, integracji systemowych, przepływów danych oraz architektur opartych na zdarzeniach.
  • Umiejętność przekładania wymagań biznesowych i architektonicznych na gotowe do implementacji rozwiązania.
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z workflow AI, agent orchestration, tool calling oraz zarządzaniem wiedzą w rozwiązaniach AI.
  • Umiejętności programistyczne pozwalające na prototypowanie, konfigurację rozwiązań i wsparcie procesów integracyjnych.
  • Znajomość zagadnień z zakresu bezpieczeństwa danych, IAM, audytowalności oraz wymagań niefunkcjonalnych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie z platformami do generowania dokumentów, raportów lub propozycji inwestycyjnych.
  • Znajomość procesów Private Banking, Wealth Management lub Investment Advisory.
  • Doświadczenie z rozwiązaniami takimi jak Aladdin lub podobnymi platformami inwestycyjnymi.
  • Znajomość LLMOps, prompt engineering, guardrails, evaluacji modeli oraz praktyk AI Governance.
  • Wiedza z zakresu ryzyka modeli AI, prywatności danych oraz wymagań regulacyjnych dotyczących sztucznej inteligencji.
