Production Support Engineer (Linux / Oracle / Cloud)

Zakres obowiązków

  • Monitorowanie i zapewnianie stabilności środowisk produkcyjnych.
  • Analiza oraz rozwiązywanie incydentów i problemów wpływających na działanie aplikacji.
  • Identyfikacja przyczyn źródłowych awarii oraz wdrażanie działań zapobiegawczych.
  • Wsparcie wdrożeń nowych funkcjonalności i zmian na środowiskach produkcyjnych.
  • Tworzenie i rozwijanie automatyzacji z wykorzystaniem Bash lub Python.
  • Współpraca z zespołami developerskimi, infrastrukturalnymi oraz biznesowymi z różnych lokalizacji na świecie.
  • Udział w optymalizacji procesów operacyjnych i podnoszeniu niezawodności systemów.
  • Analiza danych oraz wsparcie w diagnozowaniu problemów związanych z bazami danych.
  • Udział w testach oraz walidacji nowych rozwiązań przed wdrożeniem produkcyjnym.
  • Pełnienie dyżurów on-call zgodnie z harmonogramem zespołu (średnio jeden weekend w miesiącu).

Wymagania

  • min. 4 lata doświadczenia zawodowego w obszarze wsparcia aplikacji, infrastruktury lub środowisk produkcyjnych,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość systemów Linux,
  • praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy z bazami danych (Oracle lub inne relacyjne bazy danych) oraz SQL,
  • doświadczenie w tworzeniu skryptów automatyzujących w Bash lub Python,
  • doświadczenie w pracy z Google Cloud Platform,
  • znajomość Kubernetes,
  • umiejętność analizy logów, troubleshootingu i rozwiązywania incydentów produkcyjnych,
  • komunikatywny język angielski.

  • Kafka,
  • Splunk, AppDynamics lub podobne narzędzia monitorujące,
  • Java,
  • Ansible, Puppet lub inne narzędzia automatyzacji,
  • doświadczenie w środowisku płatności lub bankowości.
