O projekcie

Poszukujemy Senior Full Stack Developera, który dołączy do nowo tworzonego zespołu rozwijającego platformę z obszaru product analytics & telemetry.

To zupełnie nowy, długoterminowy projekt, którego celem jest stworzenie rozwiązania zbierającego dane telemetryczne z różnych aplikacji, analizującego informacje dotyczące zachowań użytkowników i wydajności oraz przekształcającego je w użyteczne insighty.

Projekt jest budowany od podstaw, dlatego developerzy będą mieli realny wpływ na codebase, architekturę, dobór rozwiązań oraz praktyki developerskie.

Rola ma mocny charakter backendowy – kluczowe technologie to Node.js, REST API oraz SQL/PostgreSQL. Doświadczenie frontendowe jest dodatkowym atutem, ale nie stanowi głównego elementu stanowiska.

Twoje zadania

  • Udział w projektowaniu architektury oprogramowania.
  • Projektowanie i rozwijanie wydajnych REST API.
  • Tworzenie rozwiązań backendowych w Node.js.
  • Praca z bazami danych PostgreSQL i SQL.
  • Implementowanie rozwiązań zgodnie z dobrymi praktykami i wzorcami projektowymi.
  • Analiza wymagań oraz rekomendowanie usprawnień technicznych.
  • Tworzenie prototypów pozwalających zweryfikować nowe koncepcje i rozwiązania.
  • Tworzenie przejrzystej dokumentacji technicznej.
  • Udział w automatyzacji i usprawnianiu procesów związanych z cyklem życia aplikacji.
  • Współpraca z wewnętrznymi klientami i interesariuszami w celu zrozumienia ich potrzeb i zaproponowania odpowiednich rozwiązań.
  • Wykorzystywanie nowoczesnych narzędzi AI wspierających development.

Czego oczekujemy?

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w backend development.
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości Node.js.
  • Praktycznego doświadczenia w projektowaniu i budowaniu REST API, w szczególności rozwiązań o wysokiej wydajności.
  • Dobrej znajomości SQL i PostgreSQL, w tym projektowania baz danych.
  • Doświadczenia z pełnym cyklem SDLC.
  • Znajomości Git.
  • Bardzo dobrych umiejętności analitycznych i rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Dobrych umiejętności komunikacyjnych i swobody we współpracy z klientami oraz interesariuszami.
  • Otwartości na wykorzystanie AI w procesie developmentu oraz praktycznego doświadczenia z chatbotami i/lub podejściem agentic/AI agents.
  • Języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2+.

Mile widziane

  • Go – będzie dużym atutem, ale nie jest wymagane.
  • React lub Angular 2+.
  • Python.
  • HTML5 i CSS.
  • Doświadczenie we wspieraniu aplikacji na środowisku produkcyjnym.
  • Znajomość procesów Service Management.
