Poszukujemy Senior AI Engineer/GenAI Engineer, który będzie odpowiedzialny za projektowanie, rozwój i wdrażanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań opartych na sztucznej inteligencji dla obszaru Credit & Lending.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Projektowanie, testowanie i optymalizacja promptów dla Large Language Models (LLM) w celu zapewnienia wysokiej jakości i wiarygodności generowanych odpowiedzi.
  • Projektowanie i rozwój rozwiązań bazujących na Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) oraz bazach wektorowych wspierających analizę i wykorzystanie danych finansowych.
  • Udział w pełnym cyklu życia produktu – od identyfikacji problemów biznesowych, przez prototypowanie, projektowanie i implementację, aż po wdrożenie produkcyjne.
  • Tworzenie, rozwój i utrzymanie wysokiej jakości, testowalnego oraz wielokrotnego użytku kodu.
  • Wykorzystanie platform chmurowych Azure i/lub GCP do budowy, wdrażania oraz skalowania rozwiązań opartych na AI.
  • Projektowanie i rozwój mikroserwisów, API oraz integracji wspierających rozwiązania AI.
  • Monitorowanie, utrzymanie i optymalizacja aplikacji działających w środowisku produkcyjnym.
  • Wspieranie procesu podejmowania decyzji technologicznych oraz promowanie dobrych praktyk w zakresie tworzenia rozwiązań AI i ML.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia komercyjnego w języku Python oraz praktyczna znajomość języka Java.
  • Doświadczenie z frameworkami FastAPI, LangChain oraz Spring.
  • Praktyczna znajomość relacyjnych baz danych (PostgreSQL), baz wektorowych oraz rozwiązań typu Key-Value Store (Redis).
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i budowie architektur mikroserwisowych, API oraz systemów rozproszonych.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z platformami chmurowymi Azure i/lub Google Cloud Platform.
  • Praktyczna znajomość konteneryzacji, Kubernetes oraz procesów CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GCP Cloud Build).
  • Znajomość architektur LLM oraz doświadczenie w budowie rozwiązań wykorzystujących dane domenowe.
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w obszarze Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) oraz Agentic AI.
  • Wiedza z zakresu Machine Learning, Deep Learning oraz Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Doświadczenie w eksperymentowaniu, wdrażaniu i rozwijaniu rozwiązań opartych na Large Language Models.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
