Dla naszego klienta - dużej, międzynarodowej organizacji z sektora finansowego - poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Workforce Planning Analyst, która dołączy do zespołu odpowiedzialnego za planowanie i zarządzanie zasobami w globalnym środowisku technologicznym.

To rola łącząca workforce planning, recruitment operations, zarządzanie kontraktorami oraz współpracę z managerami i kluczowymi interesariuszami.

Zakres obowiązków

  • bieżące zarządzanie planami zatrudnienia dla wybranych obszarów organizacji,
  • planowanie zapotrzebowania na pracowników stałych oraz kontraktorów w oparciu o projekty i priorytety biznesowe,
  • ścisła współpraca z Operations Managerami oraz Hiring Managerami w zakresie potrzeb rekrutacyjnych i workforce planning,
  • monitorowanie i koordynowanie pipeline’u rekrutacyjnego oraz dbanie o terminową realizację poszczególnych działań,
  • zarządzanie procesami dotyczącymi kontraktorów, w tym onboardingiem, offboardingiem oraz monitorowaniem okresu współpracy,
  • dbanie o poprawność, kompletność i wysoką jakość danych dotyczących zatrudnienia,
  • zapewnienie zgodności realizowanych działań z obowiązującymi politykami i procedurami,
  • wsparcie działań związanych z insourcingiem i większymi inicjatywami rekrutacyjnymi,
  • identyfikowanie możliwości usprawniania procesów,
  • udział w testach UAT oraz przekazywanie feedbacku dotyczącego rozwoju wykorzystywanych narzędzi.

Czego oczekujemy?

  • doświadczenia w obszarze Workforce Management, Workforce Planning, Resource Management, Recruitment Operations lub pokrewnym,
  • dobrej znajomości pełnego cyklu workforce management oraz procesów rekrutacyjnych,
  • doświadczenia w zarządzaniu planami zatrudnienia i dbaniu o ich aktualność oraz poprawność,
  • bardzo dobrych umiejętności analitycznych i rozwiązywania problemów,
  • umiejętności pracy z dużą ilością informacji i wyciągania z nich kluczowych wniosków,
  • umiejętności identyfikowania i proponowania usprawnień procesowych,
  • doświadczenia we współpracy z managerami i kluczowymi interesariuszami,
  • dużej dokładności i dbałości o szczegóły,
  • swobody w pracy w dużym, międzynarodowym środowisku.
