Poszukujemy Implementation Coordinator (Telecom), który/a będzie pełnić kluczową rolę operacyjną pomiędzy zespołami terenowymi, ASP (Authorized Service Partner) oraz wewnętrznymi interesariuszami projektu. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za koordynację działań rolloutowych, monitorowanie gotowości lokalizacji, nadzorowanie postępów oraz wsparcie procesów migracji i integracji elementów sieci — z zachowaniem najwyższej jakości usług, zgodności BHP i terminowości działań.

Zakres obowiązków

· Pełnienie roli głównego punktu kontaktu pomiędzy ASP a zespołem projektowym, zapewniając jasną komunikację i szybką eskalację problemów.

· Tworzenie i uzgadnianie harmonogramów działań rolloutowych z zespołami ASP.

· Monitorowanie dostępności lokalizacji i potwierdzanie gotowości do rozpoczęcia prac.

· Zapewnienie przeprowadzenia wymaganych szkoleń BHP przed rozpoczęciem działań.

· Wspieranie koordynacji ASP z zespołami zdalnego nadzoru (Remote Supervision) w celu realizacji niezbędnych sesji na czas.

· Codzienne monitorowanie postępów prac zespołów ASP oraz przygotowywanie raportów statusowych.

· Nadzór nad realizacją kamieni milowych, działaniami towarzyszącymi i poprawnością odbioru lokalizacji.

· Zapewnienie przeprowadzenia sesji Remote Audit przed zgłoszeniem lokalizacji do akceptacji.

· Koordynacja interesariuszy projektu, dbanie o jakość rolloutów, terminowość oraz zgodność operacyjną.

Wymagania

· Wykształcenie wyższe — preferowane kierunki: Telekomunikacja, Elektronika, Informatyka lub pokrewne.

· 1–2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze sieci mobilnych, szczególnie w rolloutach, swapach RAN lub środowiskach integracyjnych.

· Doświadczenie we współpracy z zespołami terenowymi oraz ASP/vendorami.

· Silne umiejętności komunikacji, współpracy i zarządzania interesariuszami.

· Zdolność planowania, organizacji i pracy pod presją czasu przy wielu równoległych zadaniach.

· Mile widziana znajomość systemów dostawców telekomunikacyjnych.

· Cenione kompetencje: komunikatywność, praca zespołowa, odpowiedzialność, stosowanie wiedzy technicznej w praktyce.

· Znajomość praktyk operacyjnych oraz zarządzania ASP będzie dodatkowym atutem.
