Naszym Klientem jest firma specjalizująca się w energoelektronice oraz innowacyjnych rozwiązaniach w dziedzinie magazynowania i zarządzania energią ze źródeł odnawialnych.

Inżynier Materiałowy (k/m)

Zadania:

  • Dobór i charakteryzacja materiałów: past i atramentów przewodzących (Cu, Ag, Al, grafen), dielektryków (PP, PET, PPS, TiO₂, BaTiO₃) oraz proszków magnetycznych (Fe, Fe-Si, Fe-Ni, Sendust, MPP)
  • Wyznaczanie właściwości elektrycznych, magnetycznych i cieplnych: rezystywność, przenikalność magnetyczna i straty rdzeniowe, temperatura Curie, przewodnictwo cieplne
  • Badania stabilności i degradacji: starzenie cieplno-wilgotnościowe, cyklowanie termiczne, adhezja, analiza mikrostruktury i defektów
  • Opracowywanie i optymalizacja procesów druku (m.in. gęstość zadruku, temperatura podłoża) oraz formowania/spiekania rdzeni
  • Projektowanie i prowadzenie eksperymentów w oparciu o DoE oraz analiza wyników
  • Planowanie i zlecanie badań do laboratoriów zewnętrznych oraz interpretacja otrzymanych wyników
  • Współpraca z konstruktorami przy integracji komponentów z PCB oraz przy doborze materiałów pod wymagania energoelektroniki
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji badawczej
  • Udział w budowie biblioteki materiałów i prototypów referencyjnych komponentów

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (inżynieria materiałowa, fizyka chemiczna, chemia, elektronika lub pokrewne)
  • Min. 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy laboratoryjnej / badaniach materiałowych
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w obszarze R&D
  • Znajomość metod charakteryzacji i materiałów oraz obsługi aparatury badawczej np. mostek RLC/LCR, profilometr, mikroskopia
  • Umiejętność planowania i zlecania badań specjalistycznych do zewnętrznych jednostek i umiejętność interpretowania wyników (VSM, DSC/TGA, pomiary EMC)
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego ( w tym słownictwo techniczne)
  • Doświadczenie z materiałami magnetycznymi miękkimi i pomiarem strat rdzeniowych / charakterystyk B-H - będzie atutem
  • Znajomość technologii druku funkcjonalnego lub druku 3D metali - będzie atutem
  • Umiejętność pracy z narzędziami symulacyjnymi (FEM – ANSYS / COMSOL) - będzie atutem
  • Znajomość zagadnień energoelektroniki i komponentów pasywnych lub EMC
  • Samodzielność, dokładność, rzetelność
