The posting

Join a specialized team in Poland that operates within the global 3rd Line of Defense function focused on IT and Cybersecurity.

You will take part in international audits of IT systems and security controls across large-scale, complex technology environments. This role is ideal for professionals looking to move from traditional IT into independent risk, control, and compliance assessment on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in IT and cybersecurity audits across international environments
  • Assess controls within the 3 Lines of Defense model
  • Review critical systems, including core banking, transaction platforms, and data systems
  • Evaluate compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze IT architecture, including applications, infrastructure, networks, and databases
  • Assess cybersecurity and IT maturity across areas such as SIEM, SOAR, governance, and risk management
  • Prepare audit reports and risk mitigation recommendations
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management

Working Environment

  • Project-based model where each audit is a separate engagement

  • Exposure to global IT audit and cybersecurity standards

Who We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or technology-related roles
  • Exposure to controls, risk, compliance, or audit functions is an advantage
  • Understanding of end-to-end system architecture
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, including SIEM, SOAR, governance, and risk management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex environments and draw conclusions
  • Experience in reporting and presenting findings
  • Willingness to work in an international environment and travel when required
