Interim HR Manager (B2B)

W imieniu naszego Klienta – lidera branży produkcyjno‑usługowej – poszukujemy doświadczonego Interim HR Managera. Rola łączy odpowiedzialność za bieżące operacje HR z realnym wpływem na strategiczny rozwój obszaru personalnego w dużej organizacji.

Zakres odpowiedzialności

  • Przeprowadzenie kompleksowego audytu procesów HR (kadry i płace, rekrutacja, rozwój pracowników) oraz wdrożenie rekomendacji usprawniających i optymalizacyjnych.
  • Przebudowa systemu wynagradzania, w tym systemów premiowych / bonusowych.
  • Bliska, codzienna współpraca z Zarządem oraz kluczowymi interesariuszami w obszarze strategii personalnej.
  • Zarządzanie kilkuosobowym zespołem HR: mentoring, rozwój kompetencji, alokacja zadań oraz wzmacnianie kultury organizacyjnej.
  • Prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych end‑to‑end, w tym działań employer brandingowych oraz udział w rekrutacji na kluczowe stanowiska.
  • Opracowywanie, aktualizacja i wdrażanie polityk oraz procedur HR (m.in. szkolenia, ocena efektywności, systemy benefitowe).
  • Monitorowanie i analiza KPI HR, raportowanie do Zarządu oraz zapewnienie zgodności działań z polskim prawem pracy.
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z partnerami zewnętrznymi

Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze HR, w tym co najmniej 2 lata na stanowisku menedżerskim (Head/HR Manager).
  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w budowaniu strategii personalnych oraz zarządzaniu zmianą.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość polskiego prawa pracy oraz systemów kadrowo‑płacowych
  • Rozwinięte kompetencje liderskie, analityczne oraz umiejętność pracy z interesariuszami na poziomie zarządczym.
