Do naszego klienta – organizacji działającej w obszarze Business Intelligence & Enabling Technology – poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko IT Project Managera, która będzie odpowiedzialna za prowadzenie procesów UAT (User Acceptance Testing) w środowisku globalnym.

Twoja rola

Jako IT Project Manager będziesz odpowiadać za kompleksowe zarządzanie procesem UAT oraz współpracę pomiędzy biznesem a IT w projektach realizowanych w wielu krajach.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Odpowiedzialność za strategię i realizację UAT (w tym przygotowanie planu testów)
  • Definiowanie scenariuszy testowych dla poszczególnych krajów (ponad zakres SIT)
  • Koordynacja testów UAT we współpracy z interesariuszami biznesowymi i zespołami IT
  • Zarządzanie przebiegiem testów oraz monitorowanie postępów
  • Nadzór nad błędami (defect management) i ich priorytetyzacją
  • Zapewnienie walidacji biznesowej oraz uzyskanie akceptacji (sign-off)
  • Wsparcie procesu go-live (w tym decyzji go/no-go na podstawie wyników UAT)
  • Pełnienie roli łącznika pomiędzy biznesem a zespołami technicznymi
  • Wsparcie wdrożeń oraz adopcji rozwiązań (w tym inicjatyw AI)

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe
  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami (IT / digital transformation)
  • Doświadczenie w koordynacji UAT i zarządzaniu testami
  • Umiejętność współpracy na styku biznes – IT
  • Doświadczenie w projektach międzynarodowych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2/C1)

Mile widziane

  • Znajomość procesów finansowo-księgowych
  • Doświadczenie z systemami ERP
  • Znajomość narzędzi: Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z danymi / narzędziami analitycznymi (np. Power BI)
  • Podstawowa znajomość AI / automatyzacji (RPA, LLM, itp.)

  • Umiejętność przekładania potrzeb biznesowych na wymagania techniczne
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i zarządzania interesariuszami

  • Umiejętność pracy w dynamicznym, zmieniającym się środowisku
