Dla naszego Klienta - międzynarodowej organizacji produkcyjnej o ugruntowanej pozycji rynkowej, szukamy osoby pod staniwisko Junior IT Engineera, która posiada doświadczenie obszarze wsparcia użytkowników i administracji systemami IT oraz z rozwiązaniami MDM, ma praktyczną znajomość z Windows Server (Active Directory), Microsoft SQL Server (zapytania SQL, weryfikacja uprawnień) oraz z rozwiązań sieciowych Fortinet oraz Huawei.

Obowiązki:

  • Wsparcie użytkowników (ok. 35% czasu pracy)
  • Utrzymanie bieżącej infrastruktury (ok. 45% czasu pracy)
  • Nowe projekty (ok. 20% czasu pracy)
  • Konfiguracja, monitorowanie i weryfikacja polityk sieciowych (Fortinet, Huawei)
  • Administracja oraz utrzymanie środowiska serwerowego (Windows Server)
  • Administracja oraz utrzymanie MDM (Knox Manage)
  • Wsparcie oraz administracja serwerem wydruku (YSoft SafeQ)
  • Wsparcie oraz administracja systemem kontroli dostępu (Roger)
  • Prowadzenie ewidencji licencji

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 1 rok doświadczenia w obszarze wsparcia użytkowników i administracji systemami IT
  • Praktyczna znajomość Windows Server (Active Directory)
  • Doświadczenie z rozwiązaniami MDM (np. Knox Manage, Intune)
  • Znajomość Microsoft SQL Server (zapytania SQL, weryfikacja uprawnień)
  • Znajomość rozwiązań sieciowych Fortinet oraz Huawei
  • Doświadczenie w diagnozowaniu i rozwiązywaniu problemów użytkowników końcowych
  • Język angielski na poziomie komunikatywnym, umożliwiający pracę z użytkownikami zagranicznymi oraz dokumentacją techniczną
  • Umiejętność samodzielnej organizacji pracy i ustalania priorytetów

Mile widziane:

  • Znajomość Microsoft Intune
  • Znajomość MDM Knox Manage
  • Znajomość systemu kopii zapasowych Veeam Backup & Replication
  • Doświadczenie w administracji systemem wydruku YSoft SafeQ
  • Znajomość środowiska wirtualizacji VMware
