Trade Marketing Manager/Channel Marketing Manager

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Tworzenie i realizacja komunikacji dla kanału retail zgodnej ze strategią marek (tone of voice, key messages, kampanie digital, analiza wyników)
  • Przygotowywanie i adaptacja ofert handlowych dostosowanych do klientów detalicznych
  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie działań promocyjnych (akcje cenowe, programy lojalnościowe, promocje sezonowe)
  • Realizacja działań shopper marketingowych i merchandisingowych (POS, planogramy, ekspozycja, cross-selling, up-selling)
  • Wsparcie launchów nowych produktów w sieciach handlowych
  • Analiza kategorii, rynku i konkurencji (share of shelf, zachowania shopperów, category reviews)
  • Współpraca z zespołem sprzedaży (KAM) w celu zwiększania obrotów kluczowych klientów
  • Wsparcie operacyjne sprzedaży (materiały, szkolenia, prezentacje)
  • Dostarczanie insightów rynkowych i rekomendacji dla Brand Managerów
  • Przygotowywanie komunikacji do mediów branżowych oraz newsletterów
  • Zarządzanie budżetem trade marketingowym i analiza efektywności działań (ROI)

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie w trade marketingu/channel marketingu
  • Praktyka w pracy z kategoriami FMCG (produkty kategorii premium)
  • Umiejętność tworzenia strategii komunikacji dla kanału retail
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu promocji i programów sprzedażowych
  • Znajomość współpracy z działami sprzedaży (KAM)
  • Bardzo dobre zdolności analityczne i umiejętność pracy na KPI
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu budżetem trade marketingowym
  • Umiejętność przekładania strategii na działania operacyjne
  • Znajomość mechanizmów sprzedaży retail
  • Umiejętności prezentacyjne i szkoleniowe
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2)
