Key Account Manager (Export) - branża oświetleniowa (LED) Region: Europa Wschodnia

Prowadzimy proces dla naszego Klienta - stabilnej, rozwijającej się firmy z sektora oświetlenia LED, działającej na rynkach międzynarodowych. Organizacja buduje swoją pozycję poprzez współpracę z siecią dystrybutorów oraz hurtowni elektroinstalacyjnych i konsekwentnie rozwija sprzedaż eksportową.

Obecnie poszukujemy osoby, która przejmie odpowiedzialność za rozwój sprzedaży na rynkach zagranicznych w modelu dystrybucyjnym.

Cel stanowiska

Rozwój sprzedaży eksportowej poprzez rozbudowę współpracy z kluczowymi dystrybutorami oraz aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych partnerów handlowych.

Zakres odpowiedzialności

  • Zarządzanie portfelem klientów w modelu 70% rozwój obecnych relacji / 30% pozyskiwanie nowych
  • Prowadzenie negocjacji handlowych i ustalanie warunków współpracy
  • Budowanie i rozwijanie długofalowych relacji biznesowych z dystrybutorami
  • Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów na rynkach eksportowych
  • Realizacja celów sprzedażowych oraz monitoring wyników (obrót, marża, wolumen)
  • Współpraca z działami wewnętrznymi (logistyka, produkcja, marketing, obsługa klienta)
  • Analiza rynków i działań konkurencji
  • Udział w targach branżowych i spotkaniach handlowych
  • Raportowanie działań w systemie CRM

Wymagania

  • Doświadczenie w sprzedaży B2B na rynkach zagranicznych w branży oświetleniowej lub elektrotechnicznej
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z dystrybutorami lub hurtowniami elektroinstalacyjnymi (środowisko firm MŚP)
  • Umiejętność samodzielnego pozyskiwania klientów i rozwijania sprzedaży
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Gotowość do regularnych podróży służbowych (ok. 1 tydzień w miesiącu)
  • Doświadczenie w pracy na KPI oraz z systemami CRM
  • Gotowość do szybkiego przyswojenia wiedzy produktowej
