Kierownik/Kierowniczka Laminowania (K/M)

Poszukujemy osoby, która będzie odpowiadać za organizację pracy 4–5-osobowego zespołu laminiarzy oraz nadzór nad jakością i przebiegiem produkcji. Szukamy praktyka z doświadczeniem w laminowaniu ręcznym i/lub infuzji, który potrafi dzielić się wiedzą i skutecznie koordynować pracę zespołu.

Zakres Twoich obowiązków:

  • Organizacja codziennej pracy zespołu laminiarzy: planowanie zadań, delegowanie obowiązków i nadzór nad ich realizacją.
  • Wdrażanie nowych pracowników, wspieranie rozwoju umiejętności zespołu i motywowanie do pracy.
  • Nadzór nad procesami laminowania ręcznego i infuzji, w tym przygotowaniem form, nakładaniem żelkotów i żywic, przygotowaniem tkanin oraz utwardzaniem i obróbką wykończeniową elementów.
  • Kontrola jakości wykonanych elementów i ich zgodności z rysunkiem technicznym oraz dokumentacją produkcyjną.
  • Nadzór nad zużyciem i prawidłowym przechowywaniem materiałów, m.in. żywic, utwardzaczy, mat i tkanin.
  • Dbanie o przestrzeganie zasad BHP, stosowanie środków ochrony indywidualnej i prawidłowe działanie wentylacji na hali.

Oczekiwania pracodawcy:

  • Minimum 2–3 lata doświadczenia w pracy jako laminiarz.
  • Doświadczenie w koordynowaniu pracy zespołu.
  • Praktyczna znajomość laminowania ręcznego i/lub infuzji.
  • Wiedza z zakresu przetwórstwa tworzyw sztucznych oraz pracy z żywicami poliestrowymi i epoksydowymi.
  • Bardzo dobra umiejętność czytania rysunku technicznego i dokumentacji produkcyjnej.
  • Umiejętność organizacji pracy własnej i zespołu, samodzielność oraz odpowiedzialność za jakość wykonania.
  • Umiejętności przywódcze i odporność na stres.
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w branży jachtowej.
