Poszukujemy osoby, która będzie odpowiedzialna za koordynowanie pracy zespołu produkcyjnego oraz rozwój procesów wspierających efektywność operacyjną. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie aktywnie uczestniczyć w realizacji celów biznesowych poprzez optymalizację procesów, rozwój kompetencji pracowników oraz wdrażanie inicjatyw poprawiających wyniki produkcyjne i jakość wyrobów.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Zarządzanie pracą zespołu oraz wspieranie rozwoju umiejętności pracowników.
  • Monitorowanie i analiza wskaźników efektywności produkcji oraz inicjowanie działań zwiększających wydajność procesów.
  • Identyfikowanie obszarów wymagających usprawnień i wdrażanie rozwiązań poprawiających jakość oraz ograniczających straty.
  • Planowanie i koordynowanie działań związanych z przygotowaniem produkcji, zmianami asortymentu oraz wykorzystaniem dostępnych zasobów.
  • Współpraca z działami technicznymi, logistyką oraz jakością w celu zapewnienia ciągłości i efektywności procesów.
  • Analiza przyczyn problemów operacyjnych, jakościowych oraz technicznych i wdrażanie działań zapobiegawczych.
  • Koordynowanie projektów związanych z optymalizacją kosztów, zwiększaniem efektywności oraz realizacją inicjatyw środowiskowych.
  • Nadzór nad zgodnością procesów z wymaganiami jakościowymi, procedurami organizacji oraz obowiązującymi standardami.
  • Kontrola wykorzystania materiałów, części eksploatacyjnych i powierzonych środków budżetowych.
  • Budowanie kultury bezpieczeństwa oraz promowanie wysokich standardów pracy w organizacji.

Oczekiwania

  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem w środowisku produkcyjnym (branża elektrotechniczna wymóg konieczny)
  • Umiejętność analizowania danych produkcyjnych oraz podejmowania decyzji w oparciu o wskaźniki biznesowe.
  • Znajomość metod ciągłego doskonalenia procesów i rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Umiejętność organizacji pracy własnej i zespołu w dynamicznym środowisku.
  • Wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje komunikacyjne i przywódcze.
  • Znajomość standardów jakości, bezpieczeństwa oraz dobrej praktyki produkcyjnej będzie dodatkowym atutem.
