Dla naszego klienta, międzynarodowej firmy produkcyjnej z branży farmaceutycznej, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Kierownika/Kierowniczki Utrzymania Ruchu. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za zarządzanie obszarem utrzymania ruchu, nadzór nad infrastrukturą techniczną oraz zespołem specjalistów.

Opis stanowiska:

  • Zarządzanie pracą podległego zespołu (inżynierowie, mechanicy, elektrycy)
  • Nadzór nad instalacjami w obsługiwanym obiekcie (PW, BMS/HVAC, CA)
  • Organizacja i kontrola prac związanych z utrzymaniem ruchu, w tym odbiory prac realizowanych przez podmioty zewnętrzne
  • Planowanie oraz nadzór nad realizacją harmonogramów przeglądów, konserwacji i remontów maszyn, urządzeń produkcyjnych oraz instalacji technicznych
  • Opracowywanie projektów inwestycyjnych oraz programów zakupów inwestycyjnych
  • Udział w przygotowywaniu dokumentacji kwalifikacyjnej i walidacyjnej zgodnie z obowiązującymi wymaganiami
  • Ocena testów FAT/SAT oraz aktywny udział w kwalifikacji urządzeń i systemów
  • Analiza i zatwierdzanie raportów technicznych oraz protokołów
  • Tworzenie planów szkoleniowych dla zespołu
  • Wdrażanie działań optymalizujących procesy zgodnie z ideą Lean oraz Operational Excellence.

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (mechatronika, mechanika, elektromechanika, elektryka, zarządzanie produkcją)
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem
  • Uprawnienia SEP: G1 do 1 kV oraz G2 i G3 (D + E)
  • Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi Lean (5S, SMED)
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i zarządzania projektami
  • Wysokie kompetencje organizacyjne oraz komunikacyjne
