Lider Działu Projektowania Elektrycznego Defence (K/M)

Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy doświadczonego lidera, który pokieruje zespołem odpowiedzialnym za projektowanie instalacji elektrycznych, wiązek kablowych oraz systemów elektromechanicznych dla nowoczesnych rozwiązań wykorzystywanych w sektorze defence.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Zarządzanie i rozwój zespołu projektantów oraz inżynierów elektryków.
  • Koordynowanie realizacji projektów od etapu analizy wymagań klienta aż po wdrożenie do produkcji seryjnej.
  • Nadzór nad przygotowaniem dokumentacji technicznej, schematów elektrycznych, zestawień materiałowych oraz dokumentacji produkcyjnej.
  • Zarządzanie procesem doboru komponentów elektrycznych oraz optymalizacja rozwiązań pod kątem jakości, kosztów i możliwości produkcyjnych.
  • Planowanie harmonogramów projektowych, efektywne zarządzanie zasobami oraz monitorowanie realizacji założonych celów.
  • Wdrażanie i rozwijanie standardów projektowych, procedur oraz działań usprawniających.
  • Nadzór nad zgodnością projektów z obowiązującymi normami, wymaganiami klientów oraz przepisami bezpieczeństwa.
  • Wsparcie techniczne podczas prototypowania, testów, walidacji i wdrażania nowych produktów.

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne w obszarze elektrotechniki, automatyki, mechatroniki lub pokrewnym.
  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w projektowaniu instalacji elektrycznych, wiązek kablowych lub systemów elektromechanicznych.
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem inżynierskim.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość dokumentacji elektrycznej oraz procesów projektowych i wdrożeniowych.
  • Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi CAD/E-CAD, takich jak Zuken E3, AutoCAD Electrical, Creo lub podobnych.
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • Doświadczenie w branży obronnej, zbrojeniowej lub związanej ze specjalistycznymi pojazdami będzie dodatkowym atutem.
