Poszukujemy osoby, która obejmie odpowiedzialność za nowo tworzony obszar Infrastructure & Platforms w strukturze IT. To stanowisko łączy kompetencje liderskie z doświadczeniem technicznym i będzie miało realny wpływ na sposób budowania oraz rozwijania platform technologicznych wspierających rozwój aplikacji i usług.

Nowy lider będzie odpowiedzialny za stworzenie spójnego obszaru Infrastructure & Platforms, integrującego środowiska infrastrukturalne z procesami dostarczania oprogramowania. Rola powstaje w ramach transformacji IT i zakłada ścisłą współpracę z zespołami Development, DevOps, Architektury oraz Infrastrukturą Data Center.

Zespół będzie liczył 5 inżynierów oraz Team Leada, przy ścisłej współpracy z kompetencjami DevOps.

Główne zadania

  • Budowa i rozwój nowego obszaru Infrastructure & Platforms.
  • Zarządzanie zespołem odpowiedzialnym za platformy i infrastrukturę wykorzystywaną przez zespoły developerskie.
  • Definiowanie standardów konfiguracji, uprawnień oraz przygotowania środowisk produkcyjnych, testowych i deweloperskich.
  • Budowa oraz rozwój procesów CI/CD i automatyzacji wdrożeń end-to-end.
  • Współtworzenie roadmapy technologicznej dla obszaru platform i infrastruktury.
  • Współpraca z zespołami Development, DevOps, Architektury oraz Infrastrukturą Data Center.
  • Zapewnienie wysokiej dostępności, bezpieczeństwa i wydajności platform.
  • Wdrażanie automatyzacji oraz standaryzacji środowisk.
  • Zarządzanie dostawcami, budżetem oraz realizacją umów SLA.
  • Współpraca z międzynarodowymi strukturami organizacji i dostosowywanie lokalnych rozwiązań do standardów grupowych.
  • Wykorzystanie istniejącej wiedzy domenowej zespołów infrastrukturalnych oraz wsparcie procesu transformacji organizacyjnej.

Poszukiwany profil

  • Minimum 7 lat doświadczenia w obszarze infrastruktury IT.
  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem technicznym.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość infrastruktury IT obejmującej: sieci, systemy operacyjne, wirtualizację, środowiska Data Center, platformy chmurowe (preferowany Azure, mile widziany AWS).
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu lub wdrażaniu procesów CI/CD oraz automatyzacji infrastruktury.
  • Umiejętność współpracy z zespołami DevOps oraz Software Development.
  • Znajomość praktyk ITIL i zarządzania usługami IT.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu dostawcami oraz budżetem.
  • Umiejętność budowania zespołów i prowadzenia zmian organizacyjnych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego oraz angielskiego (min. B2).

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w branży telekomunikacyjnej.
  • Doświadczenie w organizacjach posiadających infrastrukturę krytyczną.
  • Znajomość narzędzi monitoringu i observability (np. Dynatrace, Zabbix).
  • Znajomość ekosystemu Atlassian.
  • Doświadczenie z rozwiązaniami takimi jak Kafka oraz środowiskami opartymi o zaawansowane rozwiązania sieciowe i bezpieczeństwa (Firewall).
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z międzynarodowymi strukturami organizacyjnymi.
