MRP Planner

Dla naszego Klienta międzynarodowej organizacji produkcyjnej, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Planisty/Planistki MRP, która dołączy do zespołu Supply Chain i będzie odpowiadać za właściwe zaplanowanie potrzeb materiałowych oraz zapewnienie ciągłości zaopatrzenia produkcji.

To rola dla osoby, która dobrze odnajduje się na styku produkcji, zakupów, logistyki i planowania. Istotnym elementem stanowiska będzie nie tylko bieżące reagowanie na potrzeby zakładu, ale również dostrzeganie potencjalnych problemów z wyprzedzeniem i podejmowanie działań, zanim wpłyną one na produkcję.

Na czym będzie polegać Twoja rola?

  • przygotowywanie i aktualizowanie zapotrzebowania na materiały w oparciu o potrzeby produkcyjne,
  • kontrolowanie poziomu zabezpieczenia komponentów oraz reagowanie na potencjalne niedobory i nadwyżki,
  • analiza danych MRP i przekładanie wyników analiz na konkretne działania,
  • współpraca z działem zakupów w zakresie terminów dostaw, zmian zamówień oraz sytuacji wymagających dodatkowej uwagi,
  • bieżący kontakt z Produkcją, Magazynem, Customer Service i innymi zespołami zaangażowanymi w proces planowania,
  • śledzenie zmian w zapotrzebowaniu i ocena ich wpływu na dostępność materiałów,
  • monitorowanie realizacji założeń planistycznych oraz wyjaśnianie pojawiających się rozbieżności,
  • udział w spotkaniach i procesach związanych z bieżącym zarządzaniem planem produkcji oraz planowaniem długoterminowym,
  • przygotowywanie zestawień, analiz i raportów na potrzeby zespołu oraz managementu,
  • poszukiwanie sposobów na usprawnienie pracy z MRP, danych i procesów planistycznych,
  • udział w projektach dotyczących optymalizacji procesów Supply Chain oraz dalszego rozwoju narzędzi planistycznych.

Na co szczególnie liczymy?

Szukamy osoby z doświadczeniem w planowaniu materiałowym lub MRP, która:

  • ma minimum lata doświadczenia w planowaniu w firmie produkcyjnej,
  • zna zależności pomiędzy zapotrzebowaniem materiałowym, planem produkcji, zakupami i stanami magazynowymi,
  • posiada praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy z systemem ERP (znajomość SAP będzie dodatkowym atutem),
  • dobrze czuje się w pracy z dużą ilością danych i potrafi wyciągać z nich właściwe wnioski,
  • potrafi sprawnie ustalać priorytety i reagować na zmieniające się potrzeby produkcji,
  • ma doświadczenie w rozwiązywaniu problemów oraz usprawnianiu procesów,
  • jest samodzielna, dobrze zorganizowana i konsekwentna w działaniu,
  • swobodnie współpracuje z osobami z różnych działów,
  • zna język angielski na poziomie pozwalającym na codzienną komunikację w międzynarodowym środowisku ( min.B2)
