Naszym klientem jest firma technologiczna dostarczająca rozwiązania wspierające procesy produkcyjne.

Zadania:

  • Prowadzenie projektów związanych z rozwojem nowych produktów i technologii, zgodnie ze strategią firmy
  • Koordynowanie pracy zespołów z różnych działów (m.in. produkcja, inżynieria, jakość, zakupy, R&D) w celu skutecznej realizacji projektów
  • Planowanie projektów pod kątem harmonogramu, budżetu, zasobów oraz niezbędnych inwestycji
  • Nadzorowanie realizacji projektów tak, aby zostały zakończone zgodnie z założonym terminem, budżetem i wymaganiami jakościowymi
  • Regularne raportowanie postępów i komunikacja z interesariuszami w celu uzyskiwania niezbędnych decyzji oraz wsparcia dla projektu
  • Wspieranie procesu wdrożenia nowych produktów lub rozwiązań po ich uruchomieniu oraz monitorowanie rezultatów wdrożenia

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne
  • Min. 10 lat doświadczenia zawodowego
  • Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami związanymi z wdrażaniem nowych produktów i technologii
  • Doświadczenie z zakresu koordynacji i realizacji projektów w środowisku produkcji wielkoseryjnej
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z procesem Stage-Gate oraz znajomość metodyk Agile i narzędzi wspierających zarządzanie projektami, takich jak Jira
  • Mile widziane posiadanie certyfikatu PMI
  • Dobra znajomość aspektów biznesowych związanych z marketingiem produktowym, łańcuchem dostaw oraz finansami
  • Znajomość metod i narzędzi zapewnienia jakości, takich jak przeglądy projektowe FMEA oraz analiza ryzyka
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Orientacja na klienta, nastawienie na osiąganie rezultatów, inicjatywa, współpraca
