Dla naszego Klienta - jednej z najbardziej rozpoznawalnych agencji marketingowych w Polsce –-poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Performance Marketing Specialist. To doskonała okazja dla specjalistów, którzy chcą mieć realny wpływ na wyniki klientów, prowadzić ambitne kampanie digitalowe oraz rozwijać swoje kompetencje w dynamicznym środowisku marketingowym.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Samodzielne planowanie, wdrażanie oraz optymalizacja kampanii reklamowych w Google Ads i Meta Ads.
  • Codzienny monitoring wyników kampanii oraz rekomendowanie działań zwiększających efektywność prowadzonych działań.
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z klientami oraz bieżące doradztwo w zakresie działań performance marketingowych.
  • Współpraca z Account Managerami przy rozwoju biznesów klientów i realizacji celów marketingowych.
  • Przygotowywanie audytów kont reklamowych oraz media planów.
  • Udział w procesach sprzedażowych, prezentacjach i przygotowywaniu ofert dla nowych klientów.
  • Identyfikowanie możliwości wzrostu oraz proponowanie działań marketingowych na każdym etapie lejka sprzedażowego.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w prowadzeniu kampanii Google Ads oraz Meta Ads.
  • Doświadczenie w samodzielnym zarządzaniu projektami i obsłudze klientów.
  • Udokumentowane sukcesy w realizacji kampanii digitalowych.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2.
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i wyciągania wniosków na podstawie danych.
  • Wysoki poziom samodzielności oraz odpowiedzialności za realizowane działania.
  • Umiejętność budowania długofalowych relacji biznesowych.
  • Otwartość na rozwój kompetencji w nowych narzędziach i systemach reklamowych.
