Nasz Klient to firma konsultingowo-technologiczna specjalizująca się w rozwiązaniach chmurowych dla średnich i dużych przedsiębiorstw. Wspiera organizacje w projektowaniu, wdrażaniu oraz utrzymaniu środowisk IT – zarówno chmurowych, hybrydowych, jak i on-premises. W związku z rozwojem międzynarodowych projektów, poszukujemy osób do zespołów inżynierskich.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Konfiguracja i utrzymanie Microsoft Intune (endpoint management)
  • Wdrażanie obrazów systemów oraz rejestracja urządzeń (Autopilot)
  • Przygotowanie, testowanie i wdrażanie aplikacji oraz aktualizacji bezpieczeństwa
  • Zarządzanie Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Tworzenie i konfiguracja tenantów (cloud / hybrid)
  • Udział w migracjach (poczta, pliki, komunikacja, środowiska pracy)
  • Automatyzacja procesów z wykorzystaniem PowerShell
  • Tworzenie i utrzymanie dokumentacji oraz standardów bezpieczeństwa

Wymagania

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Microsoft Intune, Entra ID i Microsoft 365 (środowiska cloud-only i hybrydowe)
  • Doświadczenie w pakietowaniu aplikacji (Intune)
  • Praktyka w masowej migracji urządzeń (Windows Autopilot)
  • Dobra znajomość: MFA; Conditional Access; PIM; SSPR
  • Znajomość Microsoft 365 z perspektywy administracyjnej: Security Group a Microsoft 365 Group; zarządzanie licencjami; least privilege
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z usługami: Exchange Online; Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online; OneDrive vs SharePoint
  • Znajomość: MDM i MAM; polityk ochrony aplikacji; zasad zabezpieczania danych

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w migracjach do Microsoft 365 (Quest, ShareGate, BitTitan)
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia diagnozy problemów w oparciu o logi i dane
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku SLA / managed services
  • Znajomość ITIL (incident, request, change, escalation)
  • Umiejętność metodycznego troubleshootingu (np. dostęp użytkownika, poczta, Teams, SharePoint)
