Poszukujemy Solutions Engineer / Konsultanta Technicznego, który będzie partnerem technologicznym dla klientów oraz zespołu sprzedaży. To rola dla osoby, która swobodnie porusza się w obszarze infrastruktury IT, Cloud i Data Center, potrafi zrozumieć potrzeby biznesowe klientów i przełożyć je na skuteczne rozwiązania technologiczne.

Twoje zadania

  • Wsparcie zespołu sprzedaży jako ekspert techniczny na wszystkich etapach procesu sprzedażowego.
  • Analiza potrzeb klientów i projektowanie rozwiązań z zakresu infrastruktury IT, Cloud, Data Center oraz Cybersecurity.
  • Przygotowywanie koncepcji architektury rozwiązań, ofert technicznych oraz dokumentacji presales.
  • Prowadzenie prezentacji, warsztatów i demonstracji proponowanych rozwiązań.
  • Udział w spotkaniach z klientami oraz prowadzenie konsultacji technicznych.
  • Przygotowywanie wycen i wsparcie procesów ofertowych.
  • Współpraca z zespołami technicznymi, projektowymi oraz partnerami technologicznymi.
  • Wsparcie klientów w projektach migracyjnych i transformacyjnych.
  • Monitorowanie trendów technologicznych oraz rozwój portfolio rozwiązań.

Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, VMware, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Veeam, Microsoft, Red Hat, Backup & Disaster Recovery, High Availability.

Oczekiwania

  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku Solutions Engineer, Konsultanta Technicznego, Presales Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Engineer lub podobnym.
  • Znajomość infrastruktury serwerowej, pamięci masowych, sieci oraz technologii wirtualizacyjnych.
  • Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu usług Cloud (IaaS, PaaS), Data Center oraz rozwiązań wysokiej dostępności.
  • Zrozumienie zagadnień związanych z cyberbezpieczeństwem i ciągłością działania środowisk IT.
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia rozmów technicznych oraz analizy potrzeb klientów.
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu rozwiązań odpowiadających wymaganiom biznesowym i technicznym.
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i prezentacyjne.
  • Samodzielność oraz dobra organizacja pracy.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na pracę z dokumentacją techniczną i partnerami technologicznymi.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie z platformami Azure, AWS lub Google Cloud.
  • Znajomość VMware, Kubernetes lub OpenShift.
  • Wiedza z zakresu rozwiązań Backup & Disaster Recovery.
  • Certyfikaty techniczne producentów lub dostawców usług chmurowych.
