Do międzynarodowej firmy produkcyjnej poszukiwany jest Accounting Director, który/-a obejmie strategiczną rolę w obszarze finansów i księgowości. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za rozwój oraz transformację procesów finansowo-księgowych w ramach grupy kapitałowej, a także za zarządzanie zespołami i wspieranie organizacji w realizacji celów biznesowych.

Jest to rola dla osoby z silnym zapleczem merytorycznym w księgowości oraz doświadczeniem w zarządzaniu zmianą, optymalizacji procesów i wdrażaniu nowoczesnych rozwiązań technologicznych w finansach.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Mapowanie oraz harmonizacja procesów finansowo-księgowych w ramach grupy kapitałowej.
  • Zarządzanie zespołami finansowo-księgowymi oraz wspieranie ich w codziennej pracy operacyjnej.
  • Zapewnienie merytorycznego wsparcia dla lokalnych zespołów księgowych.
  • Inicjowanie oraz wdrażanie rozwiązań zwiększających efektywność procesów, w tym automatyzacji i digitalizacji.
  • Opracowywanie i realizacja strategii finansowej wspierającej cele biznesowe organizacji.
  • Udział w projektach migracji i centralizacji procesów finansowych.
  • Monitorowanie kluczowych wskaźników efektywności oraz inicjowanie działań optymalizacyjnych.
  • Aktywny udział w transformacji struktur zespołów finansowych oraz w projektach reorganizacyjnych.
  • Rozwój talentów w organizacji, budowanie zaangażowanego zespołu oraz wspieranie kultury współpracy.
  • Współpraca z kluczowymi interesariuszami w organizacji oraz bezpośrednia komunikacja z Zarządem.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 3–5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze budowy lub transformacji procesów finansowych.
  • Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu systemów klasy ERP.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami oraz prowadzeniu inicjatyw transformacyjnych.
  • Znajomość metod ciągłego doskonalenia procesów (np. Lean Management).
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość zagadnień finansowych i księgowych.
  • Mile widziane profesjonalne kwalifikacje zawodowe (np. ACCA lub równoważne).
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie co najmniej B2/C1.
  • Rozwinięte umiejętności przywódcze, analityczne oraz komunikacyjne.
