Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Wdrażaniem technologii: Poprowadzisz projekty process/task mining od A do Z u różnych klientów.
  • Rozmową z biznesem: Przetłumaczysz potrzeby użytkowników na konkretne rozwiązania techniczne (i zadbasz o ich dokumentację).
  • Modelowaniem danych: Zaprojektujesz modele, które połączą dane z różnych systemów w jedną, spójną całość.
  • Tworzeniem dashboardów: Zbudujesz czytelne narzędzia analityczne, które pokażą, jak naprawdę przebiegają procesy w firmie.
  • Doradztwem: Pomożesz zrozumieć wyniki z narzędzi takich jak KYP.ai, sugerując konkretne ulepszenia.
  • Prezentowaniem efektów: Przygotujesz raporty dla kadry zarządzającej w sposób jasny i konkretny.

Szukamy właśnie Ciebie, jeśli:

  • Masz 3-4 lata doświadczenia w obszarze Process/Task Mining (np. Celonis, KYP.ai) oraz narzędziach BI (Power BI, Tableau lub Qlik).
  • Znasz się na SQL-u i potrafisz wizualizować dane.
  • Rozumiesz procesy biznesowe (super, jeśli znasz obszary finansowe: P2P, C2C lub R2R).
  • Orientujesz się w systemach klasy ERP (np. SAP, Oracle).
  • Potrafisz tłumaczyć skomplikowane dane na „ludzki” język i świetnie organizujesz swoją pracę.
  • Bardzo dobrze dogadujesz się po angielsku.

Dodatkowym atusem będzie:

  • Znajomość języka niemieckiego (poziom komunikatywny).
  • Wykształcenie kierunkowe (metody ilościowe, matematyka, IT lub pokrewne).
  • Umiejętność „opowiadania historii” za pomocą danych (storytelling).
