Dla naszego Klienta, globalnej organizacji z sektora bankowego, poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Programme Director, odpowiedzialnej za prowadzenie strategicznej transformacji w obszarze danych, analityki i technologii (SAS Analytics).

Jest to rola o dużym wpływie biznesowym, usytuowana wysoko w strukturze i łącząca odpowiedzialność za definiowanie kierunku transformacji, zarządzanie portfelem inicjatyw, współpracę z kadrą zarządzającą oraz nadzór nad realizacją programów o skali globalnej. Stanowisko daje możliwość kształtowania strategicznych decyzji organizacyjnych oraz prowadzenia zmian obejmujących wiele obszarów biznesowych i technologicznych.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Definiowanie i realizacja strategii transformacji oraz długoterminowej roadmapy programu.
  • Zarządzanie portfelem powiązanych inicjatyw i programów transformacyjnych.
  • Nadzór nad realizacją kluczowych celów biznesowych, technologicznych i operacyjnych.
  • Budowanie relacji oraz współpraca z senior managementem i kluczowymi interesariuszami.
  • Prowadzenie procesów decyzyjnych oraz uzgadnianie priorytetów pomiędzy obszarami biznesowymi i technologicznymi.
  • Zarządzanie ryzykami, zależnościami oraz krytycznymi elementami programu.
  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie efektywnych mechanizmów governance oraz raportowania dla kadry zarządzającej.
  • Odpowiedzialność za budżet programu, planowanie inwestycji oraz alokację zasobów.
  • Nadzór nad zespołami Program Managerów, Project Managerów oraz funkcji PMO.
  • Zapewnienie realizacji zakładanych korzyści biznesowych i skutecznej adopcji zmian w organizacji.

Wymagania

  • Wieloletnie doświadczenie w prowadzeniu dużych programów transformacyjnych w złożonym środowisku korporacyjnym
  • Doświadczenie w roli na poziomie dyrektorskim
  • Udokumentowane sukcesy w zarządzaniu portfelem projektów o wysokiej skali i złożoności.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z kadrą zarządzającą oraz interesariuszami na poziomie strategicznym.
  • Znajomość obszarów związanych z danymi, analityką, technologią lub transformacją organizacyjną.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu budżetami, business case’ami oraz planowaniem inwestycji.
  • Umiejętność zarządzania ryzykiem, governance oraz zależnościami pomiędzy wieloma inicjatywami.
  • Silne kompetencje przywódcze, negocjacyjne i komunikacyjne.
  • Zdolność podejmowania decyzji w dynamicznym, wielointeresariuszowym środowisku.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
