Dla naszego Klienta, rozpoznawalnej i kluczowej na polskim rynku firmy z sektora energii odnawialnej, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Project Finance Expert. Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna m.in. za koordynację procesu obsługi finansowania w formule Project Finance czy monitorowanie kowenantów finansowych oraz obowiązków informacyjnych i raportowanie do instytucji finansowych.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Koordynacja procesu obsługi finansowania w formule Project Finance,
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie długoterminowych relacji z bankami, instytucjami finansowymi i interesariuszami zewnętrznymi,
  • Monitorowanie kowenantów finansowych oraz obowiązków informacyjnych i raportowanie do instytucji finansowych,
  • Prowadzenie procesów związanych z dokapitalizowaniami spółek segmentu,
  • Prowadzenie procesów udzielania/ustanawiania/obsługi pożyczek przez spółki segmentu,
  • Nadzór nad rejestrem gwarancji i poręczeń
  • Koordynacja procesu wystawiania i otrzymywania gwarancji i poręczeń przez spółki segmentu we współpracy z podmiotami nadzorującymi

Oczekiwania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: Ekonomia, Finanse, Bankowość,
  • 3-5 lata doświadczenia w obszarze finansów i/lub bankowości,
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z Project Finance,
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku projektowym,
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie na poziomie biegłym biznesowym,
  • Mile widzialna znajomość zagadnień związanych z rynkiem energii odnawialnej.
