Przedsiębiorstwo realizuje kompleksowe projekty - od opracowania koncepcji produktu, przez proces przetargowy, aż po dostawy końcowe dla klientów krajowych i zagranicznych. Organizacja stawia na jakość, terminowość i partnerskie relacje zarówno z klientami, jak i dostawcami, a obecnie - ze względu na dynamiczny wzrost- poszukuje doświadczonej osoby, która wzmocni zespół projektowy.

O roli

Poszukujemy osoby, która obejmie odpowiedzialność za koordynację projektów realizowanych w sektorze militarnym. To rola operacyjna - wymagająca skrupulatności, dobrej organizacji i umiejętności łączenia zadań z różnych obszarów. Szukamy praktyka, który potrafi wejść w szczegóły, zna realia pracy w oparciu o procedury i dokumentację, a przy tym rozumie, jak doprowadzić projekt do finału zgodnego z harmonogramem i wymaganiami.

Zakres odpowiedzialności

  • Prowadzenie projektów od etapu przetargu do dostawy końcowej.
  • Nadzór nad zgodnością realizacji z wymaganiami formalnymi (SIWZ, normy, certyfikaty).
  • Współpraca z działami: produkcji, sprzedaży, jakości i logistyki.
  • Monitorowanie postępów oraz reagowanie na odchylenia od planu.
  • Weryfikacja dokumentacji projektowej, raportów jakościowych i protokołów.
  • Koordynacja pracy zespołów projektowych (3-10 osób).
  • Udział w wizytach u partnerów i producentów, w tym również zagranicznych.

Wymagania - wszystkie są bardzo istotne

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w prowadzeniu lub koordynacji projektów.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (niemiecki będzie atutem). - warunek absolutnie konieczny
  • Umiejętność pracy w środowisku regulowanym dokumentacją i procedurami.
  • Wysoka organizacja pracy, samodzielność i odpowiedzialność.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w zamówieniach publicznych.
  • Znajomość branży produkcyjnej / tekstylnej.
  • Znajomość języka niemieckiego.
  • Certyfikaty lub znajomość metodyk zarządzania projektami (PMI, Prince2, Agile).
