Dla naszego klienta, globalnej firmy produkcyjnej posiadającej rozbudowane centrum badawczo-rozwojowe, poszukujemy Inżyniera R&D, który będzie odpowiedzialny za rozwój silników oraz pomp wykorzystywanych w nowoczesnych urządzeniach gospodarstwa domowego.

To propozycja dla osób, które chcą uczestniczyć w całym cyklu życia produktu – od koncepcji i projektowania, przez walidację i industrializację, aż po wdrożenie do produkcji. Stanowisko oferuje możliwość współpracy z międzynarodowymi zespołami oraz globalnymi dostawcami technologii.

Twoje zadania

  • Projektowanie oraz rozwój silników i pomp wykorzystywanych w urządzeniach AGD.
  • Udział w projektach rozwojowych obejmujących nowe produkty oraz doskonalenie istniejących rozwiązań.
  • Wspieranie procesu walidacji, testowania i industrializacji komponentów.
  • Zarządzanie dokumentacją techniczną i dokumentacją zatwierdzeń komponentów w systemach PLM.
  • Analiza, przygotowywanie i aktualizacja dokumentacji rysunkowej.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności projektowanych rozwiązań z normami i wymaganiami bezpieczeństwa (IEC, CE, UL).
  • Współpraca z międzynarodowymi dostawcami oraz wsparcie techniczne w procesie rozwoju komponentów.
  • Udział w projektach związanych z optymalizacją kosztów oraz poprawą jakości produktów.
  • Ścisła współpraca z interdyscyplinarnymi zespołami R&D, produkcji, jakości i zakupów.

Nasze oczekiwania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne w obszarze elektrotechniki, elektroniki lub pokrewnym.
  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w rozwoju komponentów elektrycznych lub elektromechanicznych w środowisku R&D.
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu lub rozwoju produktów technicznych dla przemysłu.
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca codzienną współpracę w międzynarodowym środowisku.
  • Znajomość narzędzi CAD, takich jak CATIA lub Siemens NX.
  • Umiejętność pracy z dokumentacją techniczną oraz specyfikacjami produktu.
  • Umiejętność współpracy w środowisku projektowym i interdyscyplinarnym.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w rozwoju silników indukcyjnych lub silników z magnesami trwałymi.
  • Znajomość pomp i układów elektromechanicznych.
  • Doświadczenie w branży AGD lub Consumer Goods.
  • Znajomość systemów PLM, np. Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Znajomość procesu rozwoju produktu od fazy koncepcyjnej do wdrożenia produkcyjnego.
  • Znajomość norm bezpieczeństwa dla urządzeń elektrycznych i gospodarstwa domowego (IEC, CE, UL).
