About the Company

Our Client is one of the leading European manufacturers of fastening systems and solutions for the installation industry, as well as technologies for bulk material handling and transportation. The company is recognized for its high-quality products, strong technical expertise, and growing international presence.

To support further expansion in Southern Europe, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who will help develop the Greek market and build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales activities across the Greek market.
  • Actively acquire new customers and identify business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, installers, contractors, and construction companies.
  • Conduct regular customer visits throughout Greece.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers and product solutions.
  • Support commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
  • Regularly report sales activities and market developments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development.
  • Experience in construction, installation, HVAC, building materials, industrial products, or technical distribution is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Greek language proficiency.
  • English at minimum B1 level.
  • Driving licence (Category B).
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Greece.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-office environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with distributors and wholesalers.
  • Experience cooperating with installers, contractors, or engineering companies.
  • Technical education or understanding of technical products.
  • Existing network in the construction or installation market.
