Do międzynarodowego projektu technologicznego poszukujemy doświadczonego Scrum Mastera, który będzie wspierać centralny zespół odpowiedzialny za rozwój produktu w ramach dużego programu transformacji technologicznej.

Szukamy osoby bardzo operacyjnej i hands-on, która będzie blisko zespołu i bieżącego delivery. Rola wykracza poza prowadzenie ceremonii Scrumowych. Kluczowe będzie aktywne monitorowanie realizacji Sprintów, usuwanie blockerów, zarządzanie zależnościami oraz ścisła współpraca z Product Ownerem i zespołem developerskim.

Zakres odpowiedzialności

  • prowadzenie ceremonii Scrumowych: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective oraz Backlog Refinement,
  • aktywne wspieranie zespołu w realizacji Sprintów i osiąganiu ustalonych celów,
  • bieżące monitorowanie delivery oraz dbanie o transparentność postępu prac,
  • proaktywne identyfikowanie i usuwanie blockerów oraz zarządzanie ryzykami i zależnościami,
  • ścisła współpraca z Product Ownerem przy ustalaniu priorytetów, celów Sprintu, przygotowaniu backlogu i kolejnych iteracji,
  • dbanie o jakość, aktualność i odpowiednią organizację backlogu,
  • codzienna, praktyczna praca z Jira i Confluence,
  • wspieranie efektywnej współpracy pomiędzy Product Ownerem, zespołem developerskim i pozostałymi stakeholderami,
  • inicjowanie usprawnień w sposobie pracy zespołu oraz dbanie o realizację ustalonych działań,
  • koordynacja pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym i rozproszonym.

Czego oczekujemy?

  • minimum 5 lat doświadczenia jako Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead lub w podobnej roli,
  • bardzo dobrej, praktycznej znajomości Scrum/Agile w środowisku software development,
  • doświadczenia w pracy z zespołami developerskimi i Product Ownerami,
  • praktycznego doświadczenia w zakresie Sprint delivery, backlog refinement oraz zarządzania blockerami, ryzykami i dependencies,
  • bardzo dobrej znajomości Jira i Confluence,
  • swobody we współpracy z zespołami technicznymi i dobrego rozumienia procesu software delivery,
  • doświadczenia w pracy z międzynarodowymi i rozproszonymi zespołami,
  • proaktywnego, pragmatycznego i mocno delivery-oriented podejścia,
  • bardzo dobrych umiejętności komunikacyjnych i stakeholder management,
  • płynnej znajomości języka angielskiego.

Mile widziane

  • doświadczenie we współpracy z zespołami developerskimi offshore,
  • doświadczenie w branży finansowej lub ubezpieczeniowej,
  • udział w dużych projektach digital/technology transformation,
  • znajomość PI Planning / scaled Agile,
  • znajomość języka niemieckiego lub innego języka europejskiego.
