Twoje zadania

  • Budowanie, rozwijanie sektora Banking & Insurance
  • Odpowiedzialność za realizację celów sprzedażowych i rekrutacyjnych zespołu
  • Aktywne pozyskiwanie klientów i rozwijanie współpracy z kluczowymi partnerami biznesowymi
  • Prowadzenie kompleksowych procesów rekrutacyjnych w obszarze finansów, bankowości i ubezpieczeń
  • Nawiązywanie i podtrzymywanie relacji z kandydatami – budowanie sieci kontaktów i zaufania
  • Doradztwo dla klientów i kandydatów w zakresie rynku pracy, wynagrodzeń oraz trendów w sektorze finansowym
  • Współtworzenie i wdrażanie strategii rozwoju biznesu w ramach sektora
  • Budowanie wizerunku eksperta branżowego poprzez działania networkingowe i obecność w mediach branżowych

O Tobie

  • Masz doświadczenie w rekrutacji oraz zarządzaniu zespołem lub projektami rekrutacyjnymi
  • Znasz branżę bankową, ubezpieczeniową lub finansową i jej specyfikę
  • Posiadasz doświadczenie w sprzedaży B2B i relacjach z klientami korporacyjnymi
  • Potrafisz jasno i uprzejmie formułować pytania oraz informacje, aktywnie słuchasz i dostosowujesz styl komunikacji do rozmówcy
  • Naturalnie budujesz relacje, wzbudzasz zaufanie i rozwijasz swoją sieć kontaktów zawodowych
  • Charakteryzuje Cię ciekawość ludzi, umiejętność „wydobywania” istotnych informacji i zrozumienia motywacji kandydatów
  • Potrafisz priorytetyzować zadania i efektywnie zarządzać czasem, zachowując samodyscyplinę i konsekwencję
  • Dobrze funkcjonujesz pod presją czasu i w zmiennym środowisku biznesowym
  • Posługujesz się językiem angielskim na poziomie co najmniej B2 – współpracujemy z międzynarodowymi klientami
  • Łączysz dane z różnych źródeł (LinkedIn, Pracuj.pl, Traffit itp.) i kreatywnie docierasz do najlepszych kandydatów
