Senior AI Software Engineer (GenAI & Agentic AI) | 100% Remote

Jeśli chcesz pracować przy projektowaniu i wdrażaniu innowacyjnych rozwiązań opartych o LLM oraz mieć realny wpływ na rozwój produktów AI od fazy koncepcji aż po produkcję, ta rola jest dla Ciebie.

Co będziesz robić?

  • Projektować i rozwijać zaawansowane rozwiązania AI dopasowane do potrzeb biznesowych klientów
  • Tworzyć rozwiązania wykorzystujące LLM, GenAI oraz modele Machine Learning
  • Budować produkty end-to-end: od koncepcji i PoC, przez MVP, aż po wdrożenia produkcyjne
  • Integrwać rozwiązania AI z istniejącymi systemami i platformami klientów
  • Współpracować z zespołami Cloud, Data oraz Software Engineering
  • Przekładać możliwości technologii AI na realną wartość biznesową
  • Wspierać działania pre-salesowe, warsztaty discovery oraz przygotowanie demo i PoC
  • Prezentować rozwiązania techniczne klientom i interesariuszom biznesowym

Czego oczekujemy?

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia komercyjnego w tworzeniu rozwiązań AI/ML
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości usług AI w chmurze (Azure i/lub AWS)
  • Doświadczenia z LLM, GenAI, MLOps oraz wdrożeniami produkcyjnymi
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości języka Python
  • Praktycznej znajomości frameworków takich jak LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI lub podobnych
  • Umiejętności projektowania architektury rozwiązań AI
  • Doświadczenia we współpracy z klientem i prowadzeniu rozmów technicznych
  • Komunikatywnej znajomości języka polskiego i angielskiego (min. B2)

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w consultingu technologicznym
  • Udział w warsztatach discovery i działaniach pre-sales
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych ze skalowalnością, bezpieczeństwem i kosztami rozwiązań AI
  • Doświadczenie w estymacji projektów i definiowaniu zakresu prac
