Do naszego zespołu Executive Search poszukujemy doświadczonego Senior Consultanta, który będzie samodzielnie prowadził projekty rekrutacyjne oraz rozwijał relacje z klientami i kandydatami na poziomie top managementu.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • samodzielne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów
  • pozyskiwanie projektów rekrutacyjnych od obecnych klientów
  • zarzadzanie procesem rekrutacyjnym
  • budowanie relacji z kandydatem
  • pozyskiwanie kandydatów (różne źródła poza bazą)
  • prowadzenie spotkań rekrutacyjnych
  • dbanie o profesjonalny wizerunek (swój oraz Pracodawcy)

Oczekiwane doświadczenie:

  • min. 5 lat doświadczenia w prowadzeniu rekrutacji na role exec lub n-1
  • rozbudowana baza kandydatów z poziomu zarządu lub n-1
  • doświadczenie w korzystaniu ze zróżnicowanych źródeł pozyskiwania kandydatów
  • doświadczenie w sprzedaży usług / doradztwie biznesowym
  • płynna znajomość języka angielskiego
