Szukamy doświadczonego Senior DevOps Engineer, który dołączy do naszego zespołu odpowiedzialnego za rozwój nowoczesnych systemów SaaS. W tej roli będziesz wspierać zespoły programistyczne we wdrażaniu najlepszych praktyk DevOps, automatyzacji procesów i poprawie jakości oraz stabilności systemów.

Twoja codzienna praca

  • Projektowanie, wdrażanie i utrzymywanie CI/CD pipelines przy użyciu Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions i innych narzędzi wspierających aplikacje Windows.
  • Budowa i zarządzanie środowiskami Dev i QA, wspierającymi procesy Agile i testowe.
  • Współpraca z zespołami developerskimi przy integracji praktyk DevOps w SDLC.
  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie Infrastructure as Code (IaC) z wykorzystaniem Bicep, Terraform lub ARM templates.
  • Implementacja i nadzór nad monitoringiem, logowaniem i alertami (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, SonarQube, Datadog, Grafana).
  • Automatyzacja zadań operacyjnych za pomocą PowerShell, Bash, Python, Azure CLI.
  • Wsparcie dla aplikacji konteneryzowanych na Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Monitorowanie kosztów chmury i optymalizacja wykorzystania zasobów.
  • Mentoring młodszych inżynierów i promowanie kultury ciągłego doskonalenia.
  • Ścisłe przestrzeganie JIRA: codzienne logowanie czasu, aktualizacja komentarzy, dokładne śledzenie zadań i dokumentacja.

Kogo szukamy (must-have)

  • Min. 4 lata doświadczenia w roli DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer.
  • Praktyczna znajomość Azure (AKS, Azure AD, Key Vault, App Services, Azure Functions, Front Door, Virtual Networks).
  • Doświadczenie w CI/CD dla aplikacji .NET i mobilnych, w tym buildy Windows i wsparcie Azure DevOps + GitHub Actions.
  • Doświadczenie z .NET i SQL Server w chmurze i on-premise.
  • Znajomość konteneryzacji i Kubernetes.
  • Umiejętność pracy z narzędziami monitorującymi i praktykami obserwowalności.
  • Silne umiejętności skryptowania (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Znajomość metodyk Agile/Scrum i pracy w zespołach cross-funkcjonalnych.
  • Wiedza o load balancerach i proxy dla skalowalnego i bezpiecznego ruchu sieciowego.
  • Podstawowe doświadczenie z AWS (EC2, VPC, S3) oraz Azure (Instance i Network management).
  • Gotowość do pracy w środowisku głównie Windows/legacy, które w ciągu 2 lat będzie modernizowane.
  • Umiejętność realizacji zadań z roadmapy ustalonej przez liderów – swoboda projektowania w ramach przydzielonych zadań, ale bez tworzenia własnej roadmapy.

Mile widziane (nice-to-have)

  • Doświadczenie w administracji bazami danych i troubleshooting.
  • Znajomość narzędzi Ansible, Chef, DSC.
  • Wiedza z zakresu bezpieczeństwa w chmurze, DevSecOps, Zero Trust.
  • Doświadczenie w migracjach między GitHub a Azure DevOps.
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu CI/CD, nie tylko wsparcie istniejących rozwiązań.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu zespołów DevOps lub jako technical lead.
