O roli

Do zespołu Antal IT Services poszukujemy Senior IT Recruitera, który dołączy do obszaru outsourcingu IT. Rola ma silny komponent operacyjny i procesowy – kluczowa będzie dokładność, dobra organizacja pracy oraz umiejętność działania w dynamicznym środowisku, przy jednoczesnej współpracy z klientem i zespołami wewnętrznymi.

Zakres odpowiedzialności

  • Prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych w modelu 100% outsourcingowym.
  • Praca z dokumentacją, umowami i procesami rekrutacyjnymi – dbałość o kompletność i poprawność danych.
  • Współpraca z klientami w zakresie realizacji zapotrzebowań rekrutacyjnych.
  • Koordynacja procesów oraz bieżąca obsługa projektów IT.
  • Działanie pod presją czasu przy zachowaniu wysokiej jakości i dokładności.
  • Wsparcie sprzedażowe w obszarze usług rekrutacyjnych IT.
  • Elastyczne reagowanie na zmieniające się priorytety biznesowe.

Wymagania

Szukamy osoby, która:

  • posiada doświadczenie w rekrutacji IT lub pracy w środowisku outsourcingowym,
  • cechuje się wysoką starannością w pracy z dokumentami, umowami i procesami,
  • potrafi analizować dane i minimalizować ryzyko błędów,
  • pracowała w środowisku wymagającym precyzji i dobrej organizacji (np. kancelaria prawna, praca administracyjna, projekty procesowe),
  • posiada umiejętności sprzedażowe i orientację na klienta,
  • dobrze radzi sobie w dynamicznych sytuacjach i pod presją czasu,
  • wykazuje się proaktywnym podejściem do rozwiązywania problemów,
  • potrafi dostosowywać się do zmieniających się priorytetów.
