Senior Payroll Analyst with German

Zakres obowiązków

  • Koordynacja i wsparcie procesów payrollowych dla pracowników w Niemczech.
  • Weryfikacja danych płacowych oraz kontrola poprawności naliczeń wynagrodzeń.
  • Współpraca z zewnętrznymi dostawcami usług payrollowych.
  • Kontakt z niemieckimi instytucjami, urzędami oraz kasami chorych.
  • Rozwiązywanie zgłoszeń pracowników związanych z wynagrodzeniami, podatkami i składkami.
  • Współpraca z zespołami HR, Finance oraz innymi interesariuszami biznesowymi.
  • Dbanie o zgodność procesów z niemieckimi przepisami payrollowymi.
  • Udział w projektach związanych z automatyzacją i usprawnianiem procesów.
  • Tworzenie i aktualizowanie dokumentacji procesowej.
  • Wsparcie audytów oraz działań kontrolnych.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze payroll.
  • Praktyczna znajomość niemieckiego payrollu oraz lokalnych regulacji.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego i angielskiego.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe (finanse, rachunkowość, ekonomia, zarządzanie lub pokrewne).
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Dobra organizacja pracy oraz umiejętność współpracy z różnymi interesariuszami.
  • Doświadczenie w środowisku SSC/BPO lub organizacji międzynarodowej będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • Znajomość systemów SuccessFactors, ServiceNow lub narzędzi payrollowych będzie mile widziana.
