Dla naszego Klienta - firmy z sektora energii odnawialnej poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Finance Manager / Senior Project Controller. Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiadać za kompleksowe prowadzenie obszaru finansowego unikatowego na skalę Europy projektu.

Do jej zadań należeć będzie m.in. raportowanie, kontroling, zarządzanie płynnością finansową oraz przygotowywanie analiz wspierających podejmowanie decyzji biznesowych. Kluczowe znaczenie ma zapewnienie przejrzystości finansowej projektu, bieżąca kontrola budżetu oraz współpraca zarówno z interesariuszami wewnętrznymi, jak i zewnętrznymi, w tym partnerami projektowymi oraz instytucjami finansującymi.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Odpowiedzialność za pełen obszar finansów projektu w roli Finance Managera
  • Monitorowanie oraz raportowanie realizacji wydatków inwestycyjnych
  • Nadzór nad płynnością finansową projektu oraz zapewnienie dostępności środków na realizację inwestycji
  • Przygotowywanie raportów i analiz na potrzeby konsorcjum banków finansujących projekt
  • Dostarczanie danych i opracowań wymaganych przez instytucje finansowe
  • Raportowanie postępów realizacji inwestycji do centrali
  • Realizacja miesięcznego zamknięcia kontrolingowego, w tym tworzenie rezerw i estymacji
  • Udział w przygotowywaniu budżetów, planów finansowych oraz inwestycyjnych
  • Analiza wykonania budżetu wraz z identyfikacją i wyjaśnianiem odchyleń
  • Przygotowywanie danych do bieżących raportów zgodnie z potrzebami biznesowymi
  • Tworzenie i rozwój narzędzi wspierających efektywne zarządzanie kontrolingiem projektu
  • Opracowywanie analiz finansowych wspierających decyzje zarządcze
  • Współpraca z partnerami projektowymi w zakresie finansów

Oczekiwania:

  • Znajomość sektora energetycznego/budowalnego/generalnego wykonawstwa/nieruchomości/infrastrukturalnego
  • Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe
  • Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
  • Mile widziana znajomość SAP
