Dla naszego klienta, międzynarodowej organizacji przemysłowej będącej liderem swojej branży, poszukujemy osoby, która będzie wspierać rozwój i standaryzację procesów utrzymania ruchu w środowisku SAP PM. To globalna rola łącząca obszar utrzymania ruchu, planowania prac, optymalizacji procesów oraz transformacji cyfrowej zakładów produkcyjnych.

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Rozwój i optymalizacja procesów utrzymania ruchu w środowisku SAP PM.
  • Standaryzacja procesów planowania i harmonogramowania prac konserwacyjnych.
  • Doskonalenie programów prewencyjnego utrzymania ruchu oraz strategii maintenance.
  • Analiza wskaźników efektywności i identyfikowanie obszarów do usprawnień.
  • Współpraca z zespołami utrzymania ruchu, niezawodności, IT oraz ekspertami biznesowymi w skali globalnej.
  • Udział w projektach wdrożeniowych i inicjatywach związanych z cyfryzacją utrzymania ruchu.
  • Tworzenie standardów, materiałów szkoleniowych i dobrych praktyk dla organizacji.

Nasze wymagania

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze utrzymania ruchu, planowania prac remontowych lub zarządzania procesami maintenance.
  • Praktyczna znajomość modułu SAP PM.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z KPI i optymalizacji procesów utrzymania ruchu.
  • Znajomość procesów planowania i harmonogramowania prac technicznych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca pracę w środowisku międzynarodowym.
  • Umiejętność współpracy z interesariuszami biznesowymi i technicznymi.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie jako SAP PM Key User lub SAP PM Functional Consultant.
  • Znajomość metodologii RCM, FMEA, RCFA lub Asset Performance Management.
  • Doświadczenie w branży produkcyjnej, wydobywczej, energetycznej lub ciężkim przemyśle.
  • Udział w projektach transformacji procesów lub wdrożeń systemów klasy EAM/CMMS.
