Poszukujemy doświadczonego Senior System Designera, który odegra kluczową rolę w łączeniu świata biznesu i technologii w obszarze systemów CRM & Finance.

To stanowisko dla osoby, która potrafi nie tylko projektować systemy end-to-end, ale również podejmować decyzje architektoniczne, proponować optymalne rozwiązania i pełnić rolę eksperta dla zespołów technologicznych oraz biznesowych.

Zakres obowiązków

Projektowanie rozwiązań

  • przekładanie wymagań biznesowych na skalowalne rozwiązania systemowe i architekturę
  • projektowanie integracji, przepływów danych oraz logiki systemowej
  • tworzenie modeli danych, diagramów architektury oraz specyfikacji technicznej
  • udział w definiowaniu kierunków rozwoju systemów i standardów projektowych

Współpraca z zespołami

  • ścisła współpraca z developerami przy implementacji rozwiązań
  • współtworzenie architektury z architektami korporacyjnymi
  • wsparcie Product Ownerów w analizie i doprecyzowaniu wymagań
  • pełnienie roli eksperta systemowego w zespołach SCRUM

Udział w procesie Agile

  • udział w refinementach i warsztatach analitycznych
  • współtworzenie user stories oraz kryteriów akceptacji
  • wsparcie testów integracyjnych i UAT
  • dbanie o jakość i spójność rozwiązań na każdym etapie developmentu

Wymagania (must have)

Kompetencje systemowe

  • min. 5 lat doświadczenia w projektowaniu systemów i integracji w złożonych środowiskach
  • bardzo dobra znajomość UML, BPMN oraz modelowania danych (ERD)
  • doświadczenie w projektowaniu aplikacji i API (REST, standardy integracyjne)
  • umiejętność podejmowania i uzasadniania decyzji projektowych

Background techniczny

  • doświadczenie backendowe (Java / Spring lub podobne)
  • dobra znajomość SQL i PL/SQL (mile widziany Oracle)
  • znajomość architektury mikroserwisowej i event-driven
  • rozumienie zagadnień skalowalności i wydajności systemów

Integracje

  • doświadczenie z narzędziami typu Kafka, RabbitMQ lub podobnymi
  • znajomość komunikacji synchronicznej i asynchronicznej
  • umiejętność projektowania integracji na poziomie architektury

Narzędzia

  • Jira, Confluence
  • Miro, Draw.io lub podobne
  • Postman, Swagger

Mile widziane

  • doświadczenie w obszarach CRM, billing, systemy subskrypcyjne
  • znajomość AWS
  • doświadczenie z CI/CD i praktykami DevOps
  • umiejętność czytania kodu frontendowego (React / JavaScript)
