Dla naszego klienta z sektora SSC/BPO poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko:

Business Unit Director

Osoba ta będzie odpowiedzialna za całościowe zarządzanie operacjami, finansami, zespołem oraz rozwojem podległej jednostki. Jest to kluczowa funkcja mająca bezpośredni wpływ na jakość usług, wyniki finansowe oraz realizację strategii organizacji.

Zakres zadań:

- Nadzorowanie P&L Operations Center oraz realizacja budżetu.

- Budowanie relacji z klientami i identyfikować możliwości up-sellingu oraz cross- sellingu

- Zarządzanie zespołem, procesami rekrutacji, rozwojem i planowaniem kompetencji

- Wdrażanie optymalizacji procesów, inicjatyw technologicznych

- Współpracowanie z działami wspierającymi oraz przygotowywanie raportów i rekomendacji strategicznych

- Wspieranie menedżerów i koordynatorów w realizacji celów operacyjnych

- Współpraca z działami wspierającymi: IT, HR, Sales, Analytics.

- Analiza trendów rynkowych w sektorze CC/BPO

Wymagania:

- Kilkuletnie doświadczenie w branży Contact Center (CC) lub Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) na stanowiskach managerskich

- Udokumentowane sukcesy w budowaniu i prowadzeniu zespołów oraz w zarządzaniu dużymi projektami i jednostkami operacyjnymi

- Dogłębna znajomość środowiska biznesowego i standardów branżowych

- Bardzo dobra znajomość trendów rynkowych w sektorze CC, BPO

- Umiejętność interpretowania umów z klientami i dostawcami, w tym identyfikacji ryzyk

- Bardzo dobra znajomość przepisów o ochronie danych osobowych (np. GDPR)

- Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne

- Zdolność szybkiego podejmowania decyzji

- Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu

- Silne umiejętności negocjacyjne

- Myślenie strategiczne i perspektywa długoterminowa

- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2/C1
