Dla naszego klienta szukamy lidera, który ogarnia zarówno kod, jak i ludzi. Nie będziesz tylko przesuwać kafelków w Jirze – musisz wiedzieć, co siedzi w kodzie, żeby pomóc swojemu zespołowi (deweloperom i inżynierom wsparcia) rozwiązywać realne problemy. To rola dla kogoś, kto chce zarządzać, ale nie chce stracić kontaktu z technologią. Praca hybrydowa w Krakowie - 3 dni w tygodniu w biurze.

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Wsparcie techniczne: Gdy coś zepsuje się w ważnej aplikacji wewnętrznej, Ty i Twój zespół musicie to naprawić. Debugujesz, sprawdzasz logi na Linuxie i pilnujesz, żeby wszystko działało stabilnie.
  • Most między biznesem a IT: Rozmawiasz z klientem, zbierasz jego wymagania i tłumaczysz je zespołowi na konkretne zadania. Pilnujesz terminów i priorytetów.
  • Technologie: Pilnujesz aplikacji postawionych na Angularze i Pythonie, które działają w chmurze Google (GCP). Do tego dochodzi nadzór nad danymi i raportami (np. w Power BI czy Lookerze).
  • Liderowanie zespołowi: Zarządzasz globalną ekipą programistów i inżynierów. Robisz im Code Review, ustalasz grafiki, prowadzisz daily i dbasz, żeby każdy wiedział, co ma robić. Nie wymagamy doświadczenia w byciu liderem.

Czego od Ciebie wymagamy?

  • Wiedzy technicznej: Znasz się na programowaniu (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular). Umiesz poruszać się w Linuxie (terminal, Bash). Rozumiesz chmurę (najlepiej GCP) i bazy danych (SQL/Firebase).
  • Umiejętności miękkich: Musisz umieć dogadać się z każdym – od junior dewelopera po dyrektora po stronie klienta.
  • Angielskiego: Na poziomie, który pozwoli Ci swobodnie zarządzać globalnym zespołem i rozmawiać z klientem.
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie jako jako lider techniczny /PM/ Product Owner.
