Dołączysz do zespołu finansowego wspierającego działania w łańcuchu dostaw i produkcji na poziomie regionalnym. Twoim celem będzie dostarczanie analiz finansowych i wsparcia dla partnerów biznesowych, pomagając w kształtowaniu celów finansowych, monitorowaniu wyników i odkrywaniu nowych możliwości wartości.

Ta rola to idealna propozycja dla osób z doświadczeniem w finansach, które lubią pracować analitycznie, a jednocześnie blisko współpracować z różnymi interesariuszami, w tym menedżerami zakładów i zespołami operacyjnymi.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Analiza P&L, kosztów i trendów oraz wspieranie procesów planowania i prognozowania
  • Przygotowywanie raportów i wskaźników finansowych dla różnych zakładów i regionów
  • Współpraca z zespołami finansowymi i operacyjnymi w Polsce i Europie
  • Wdrażanie i korzystanie z narzędzi cyfrowych (SAP, Power BI) w celu usprawnienia analiz
  • Priorytetyzacja zadań i wsparcie projektów regionalnych

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe w zakresie rachunkowości, finansów lub pokrewnej dziedziny
  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia zawodowego w finansach, w tym doświadczenie we współpracy biznesowej w sektorze produkcyjnym lub łańcuchu dostaw
  • Umiejętności analityczne i biznesowe, doświadczenie w FMCG lub konsultingu będzie dodatkowym atutem
  • Zdolność szybkiego uczenia się i adaptacji w zmieniającym się środowisku
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne, umożliwiające współpracę z interesariuszami na różnych poziomach
  • Znajomość SAP i Power BI
