Systems Development Engineer

Poszukujemy doświadczonego Systems Development Engineera, który będzie odpowiadał za rozwój funkcjonalności systemowych oraz współpracę z interdyscyplinarnymi zespołami projektowymi w międzynarodowym środowisku.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Prowadzenie rozwoju technicznego wybranych funkcjonalności systemowych we współpracy z zespołami SW, HW, testów, liderami komponentów oraz klientami.
  • Analiza, definiowanie i negocjowanie wymagań technicznych, zakresu projektu oraz dostaw realizowanych przez podwykonawców.
  • Tworzenie i rozwijanie wymagań systemowych oraz propozycji architektury systemu.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności projektowanych rozwiązań z wymaganiami oraz odpowiedniego poziomu jakości i pokrycia testami.
  • Koordynowanie działań dostawców i partnerów inżynieryjnych zgodnie z wewnętrznymi standardami jakości.
  • Prowadzenie analiz technicznych, ocen wariantów rozwiązań, FMEA, przeglądów projektowych oraz prezentacji dla klientów.
  • Zarządzanie realizacją działań związanych z inżynierią systemów zgodnie z obowiązującymi procesami.
  • Pełnienie roli głównego punktu kontaktowego dla zmian projektowych oraz analiz problemów technicznych.
  • Ścisła współpraca z zespołami software, hardware i testów w zakresie implementacji oraz weryfikacji funkcjonalności.
  • Wspieranie rozwoju procesów, metod i narzędzi Systems Engineering.
  • Dokumentowanie oraz promowanie dobrych praktyk technicznych.
  • Mentoring młodszych inżynierów.

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (Elektronika, Elektrotechnika, Mechatronika lub pokrewne kierunki).
  • Doświadczenie w obszarze rozwoju produktów z wykorzystaniem zasad Systems Engineering
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość procesów zbierania, analizy, definiowania i zarządzania wymaganiami.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami elektronicznymi
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z rozwojem oprogramowania wbudowanego i/lub sprzętu elektronicznego.
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i skutecznego rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie ( min. B2)
  • Dobra organizacja pracy oraz dbałość o szczegóły.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie obejmujące kilka obszarów inżynieryjnych (elektryka, mechanika, testy, software, sterowanie).
  • Znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania wymaganiami, takich jak Polarion lub DOORS.
  • Doświadczenie w modelowaniu systemów z wykorzystaniem SysML i/lub MATLAB Simulink.
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu sprzętu lub oprogramowania dla układów energoelektronicznych.
  • Znajomość metod analizy systemowej, takich jak FMEA czy FTA.
  • Doświadczenie związane z ASPICE oraz ISO 26262.
