Twoje przyszłe zadania:

  • Pozyskiwanie klientów i budowanie z nimi długofalowych, partnerskich relacje.
  • Kierowanie zespołem konsultantów: motywowanie ich, wspieranie w osiąganiu celów zespołowych i pomaganie im w rozwijaniu kompetencji.
  • Budowanie w zespole kultury zaufania, współpracy i dzielenia się wiedzą.
  • Prowadzenie projektów rekrutacyjnych IT na stanowiska specjalistyczne i managerskie.
  • Doradzanie klientom w zakresie strategii i polityki zatrudnienia oraz proponowanie rozwiązań dopasowanych do ich potrzeb biznesowych.

Czego od Ciebie oczekujemy?

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w sprzedaży usług B2B.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem.
  • Angielski na poziomie min. B2.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych IT (mile widziane).
